Obviously the 3rd game will be about Desmond since he has been evolving over time because of the Animus. my guess is that the 1st half of the 3rd game will be another assassin ancestor and the last half will be about Desmond. All I know is that the 3rd game better be long since there's a lot of things to cover. Ubisoft already announced a new game involving Ezio and the aftermath of AC2. I'm guessing that it's a spin off like the 2 Altair games.
