Roger Haeske's blog posts are excellent and the one about the negative health effects of eating more than a minimal amount of avocados is a must read, along with all the others!
@natureasintended I agree. Rogers suggestion that I increase my consumption of greens while increasing my caloric intake seems to be helping me. It's only my 17 day on the raw diet and some of my health problems like joint inflammation seems to be improving. I did consume some nutritional yeast flakes yesterday and a little salt but otherwise I'm keeping on this. I'm not sure the dried figs and dates I ate were dehydrated at a low enough temperature but hopefully they are.
@unusualstories Very well done. Keep going :-) And eat as much fruit cals as you can at daytime so that you feel satisfied in the evening. If not, eat more fruit. It's impossible to eat too much fruit and it won't create fat stores on your body like animal fats or processed vegetable oils. Personally, I wouldn't worry about the dried fruit dehydration temperature at this point. The main thing is that you are going in the right direction, which you are. All the best :-)
Good luck!
