My school library has recently gone under construction. They've decided to get rid of many of the books, instead choosing computers and databases. As much as I love technology, I can't help but cry over the loss of the library. Though the book selection wasn't much to begin with, I realize that my school is only the beginning. Soon, books will be considered an outdated medium. I managed to salvage some books, but it was little consolation for the loss of a facility designed to house literature.

Honestly, I could care less about being cool/invited to parties. There are people that say hello to me in the hallway all the time, and I say nothing back.
