I've been asked that a few times actualy. I think I will give that a go sometime soon. I think the texture of the handle is going to be a little difficult, but it will be interesting.

Yes I did and I'm glad you like it. Feel free to take a look at some of the other wands I made. You might like some of them a bit better since this is one of my earlier wands and a bit more simplistic than the later ones.

I don't do anything to the wood aside from carving it with a dremel. I've never had one break on me yet, then again I also try not to make it too thin as it would weaken it's integrity. I may make a video of sorts on how to do that, but that is a big maybe. It takes so long that I'm not sure I would want to record it all. I'll think about it though. For now, just use your imagination and something you feel comfortable using.
