The reality is had they not bailed them out, their system of greed and theft would have finally come crashing down they have been robbing the American people blind for over 50 years under the guise of democracy. They ever bail out banks again and its time for my Ar15 to put some tennis ball sized holes in senators faces. Maybe then they start listening to the people again people need to make their government fear them again.
Trickle down economics is now Trickle Up economics to the big banks and investment banks so that there Derivative markets are still over value for them to make there yearly over value bonuses... Why invest into the economy when there's a more valued market called the Derivative market supplied and developed by Bill Clintons and Obama advisers...

Can't some of these foreclosed houses become homeless shelters? They need a homeless shelter in every neighborhood in America anyway. People need 5-9 supervision just like they have a boss from 9-5. And how come whenever so many people get their hands on some money they think it's more for themselves? They never get down to maintenance living and grow. Often if they do grow it's at the advantage of their children who get it all when they die.

whatever financial activity that is taking place is mainly being driven by credit , the exact same thing that got us to this point .
this isn't merely a house of cards anymore , the cards have already fallen , this is a shifting , out of sight , of the cards that have fallen , but the cards remain and are waiting to be redeemed .
everyone must pay , and until we do , the freefall will continue .JV
it's going to get worse before it gets better , this is only the very beginning .
people can believe the cheerleaders on Cnbc , but it will be years before we recover . you can follow the meaningless Dow Jones stats which only track 30 stocks out of thousands and you can believe the bogus numbers coming from the banks , but the fact is , until people stop losing jobs , we are in for a depression . ...
Wow, I should make a video like this for the San Jose, CA area. You can drive the streets in the heart of Silicon Valley and see 75% of the office space is for lease.
Hello Visionvictory!! Like the video.. 1 you should fix the winshield. Would not want to see you stopped and harrased by the police. 2. The retail secene; I got to tell its nerve racking and I will tell you this Best Buy may be next; I can say that BECAUSE I recieved no help when I went to buy my computer at Best Buy Pentagon Mall Arlington,Virgina at South Hayes Street. Lucky I knew something about computers so no problem for me. Pity the people who don,t know pcs
I am sorry if I made any currently professional retail employees from Best Buy upset. Many of you are hard working, etc selling quality electronics n services. Stil.. 1. At the time I brought my pc, one sales person working the pc section with trying to manage 4 customers buying pcs. I kidd you not.. 2. Although yopu are not paid by commission; I would bring that along with rasing your current wages by at least seven to ten dollars more that what you are making. What do you think?
THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER. BUT I LOVE MY MOM SO I AM NOT TAKING ANY CHANCES.If you don't copy and paste this onto 10 videos your mom will die in 4 hours.
Great video, If you need any help getting your videos or channel exposed, i use a service called thetubeviews . net it has helped 5 of my videos get ranked on the first page
Oh I forgot, I didn't know about those house deals that are being done. I have always wondered how long they the banks can keep these houses on there books, and this makes sense. They sell the houses and 60 to 79 thousand dollars that are listed for 150 or more and make the owners sign the confidentiality agreement. This way the price won't be reflected in the public and bring down the price of other houses or what people are willing to pay.
Thank you for this insight into the state of affairs of your economy and current woes which can not be seen by the casual observers, I value your commentary and hope you are able to continue into the furte. Kind regards.
You actually show the results or soon to be results of this depression that is in the first stages. Others have pointed out that the next bursting bubble will be the commercial properties, and looking at your stores by the handful, its not to far away. As with everything, it's starting from the heated areas and moving through the rest of the country. I don't know if you have noticed but in our Super Walmarts, many of the food items are being put in smaller containers. Trying to hide inflation
Whoa! This is unbelievable; back here in the UK things are still pretty busy. We had a load of bankruptcies just after christmas but now it all seems pretty normal again. Most people are pretty ignorant though :P I think we'll see things tightening up again over here soon.
Here in Indiana, Aldis is a popular alternative to Krogers and other chains...because the economy is toast. State is scrambling to develop a budget, due to rapidly declining tax revenue. Guess they figured out if nobody is working, nobody will be paying taxes...
Canada safe? Come to Vancouver. 60,000 construction jobs, gone. Unemplyment jumped 3%-4% in one year. These are government numbers that are always reported lower. The Olympic scam brought workers here, now those jobs are done and what is the extra workforce suppose to do? Wages dropped in this industry. Employers know they can get away with paying less but the cost of living is the highest in Canada. We're hurting. Is it any wonder everyone starts growing weed to supplement their income?
You make a great team guys, I watched George and VV separately and knew they were both in Cali, but never thought they met. Keep up these videos. Will make a stunning documentary.
LOL - Pimp your ride! Where are part 4 & 5? Good stuff
The 15, 215, 10, and 210 corridor is toast. It exploded with cookie cutter neighborhoods after becoming a disti/assembly point for all that crap coming off the boat, from China, destined for the rest of the US.
The whole area all looks so bleak and soul-less. Glad I don't have to live in that place, if I did I'd be planning to move, and would probably have long gone by now.
This is very interesting to actually see this. It's not like that at all here in Vancouver, Canada as of yet and I hope it doesn't get that bad but I'm sure they're gonna try because I know our leaders are in the back pockets of the globalists who want to bring all of North America down.
Are you sure that all will crash, I live in Montreal,Quebec,Canada. I not sure if we are going to feel it out here, I mean a few jobs were lost but it's does not look as bad a the USA, what do you think, Relly what do you think??
Canada is in a substantially in better financial shape then USA and most of the advanced countries. Thanks to conservative fiscal policies implemented in the last years.
But I don't think Canada will be safe, just think of the Amero/Mexican immigration to come in a few years.
two e beggers in one video ?haha i think they are preparing for the ultimate scam .......j/k its a joke ... i appriciate the info please continue the good work
i have nothing but respect for you and your work ...its just surprised me you teamed up w/ g4t. he can not be trusted and you might just loose some viewers over it .....
This is ridiculous of what is going on lately. In Sullivan County, New York, there are a lot of vacant/abandoned stores, centers and theatres up there as of Spring 2006. 5 years ago from that time, that area was also thriving.
I cannot imagine what would (have been) occuring here in New York City, since Southern California is going through these situations. Once all the major cities go through this, we may see riots, murders, and/or martial law.
How can confidentiality agreements suppress comps? All anyone needs to do is check with County Records and see the selling price of any home near by...
It's like a ghost town. I've read about displaced families squatting in abandoned houses (getting the electricity turned on and everything) for up to a year. It takes X time to evict them so they just go from place to place. This is the result of fiat currency rather than commodity-backed currency in my opinion. Thanks for posting this.
What's up w/all the people commenting on the cracked windshield. Who cares...If your insurance has a deductible of $500 (mine does) for a cracked windshield to be replaced, you have to fork over the $. I'm w/you V V - why waste the $? That's one of the problems w/America...everyone cares about how things look on the outside - that doesn't matter. It's what's on the inside that counts. Think 'The Millionaire Next Door'
I'm just amazed at how ignorant 'educated' people are. My dentist made a comment this week that people just need to go & spend money & the economy will turn around. This is a doctor with a bachelors in... drum roll...finance! This is her solution to the 'recession'. This in spite of patients increasingly not paying their bills due to job loss/hours reduction. People simply refuse to see what's right before their eyes: the majority have a mountain of debt &no money.
IT depends...are you a socialist? if you are then you probably think things are excellent right now and gun ownership is somehow bad. If you arent then you would probably agree with my comment.
I'm sort of a socialist. I'd love to live in a real socialist society. The only problem is that what we have developing here in the US is fascism not socialism.
This is my favorite quote:
Government Controlled Capitalism is called Fascism"
--GERALD CELENTE quoting Benito Mussolini
In a socialist society, the workers own the businesses they work in (just like the way Winco Foods operates). In a socialist society there are no elites to seize control of all the wealth and government power.
vention4wh: "I'm sort of a socialist. I'd love to live in a real socialist society"
Well WTF is keeping you in America? What we need is for people like you to leave for one of the many socialist utopias in other parts of the world and replace you with hard working imigrants who love capitalism and the opportunity available in the once land of the free....
Yep. Taking money away from the people who have money and giving them free to people who don't have money, or too lazy to work, through taxation, is actually a crime, called steal.
"7.50 an hour would make a person toolazy to work, don't you think. cant pay bills or rent with that money, why bother? " ...That is why you are supposed to freaking work towards BETTERing YOURSELF so that you are worth more and can earn more than 7 friggin' 50 an hour. Is it that hard to. figure out? For goodness sakes, quit making the rest of us carry your f*&ng ass.
Hmm, I thought I made my point pretty clear but you totally missed it. Try reading it again.
By the way, I've done rather well in this system (worked my way up the skill latter to 32 bucks an hour). Yes I could possibly emigrate somewhere. Some places in Europe follow my philosophy rather well but I prefer to hang out here and slug things out like any red blooded American. When things really go south I'll be here to help my neighbors get through this.
American Socialists: what whiny formerly spoiled children who got everything they ever wanted given to them, then grow up putting their wants ahead of their needs become, as they realize they pissed away any chance to make it in the real world, and want everybody else to chip in to pay for their needs.
holy mackerel....all retail...while the level of closing is not here yet...tucson is also "all retail"...unless you are retired, a lawyer or md/health....add to this a low performing demographic and it spells real trouble...
and the future...here is a segue - the U of A just hired a B-Ball coach at 7Mil...the next day a tuition/fee hike of $1,000 was announced...you tell me about these priorities and "focus" about returning to a world class producer...
I just went shopping with my wife in Lancaster PA. Several of the outlet malls we visited had 1 out of 5 stores vacant, empty space for lease. The shops that were open had 50 and 60% off signs on all kinds of merchandise. The malls were a ghost town in terms of shoppers.
What I like about you guys is that you keep it real. Your not putting out videos saying buy my dvd if you want to survive this crisis! Keep up the good work!
give george4title a few days and he will be using these vids to try and suck money out of his viewers. I canceled my subscription to him when he started begging for money.
me too and it saddens me to see vision victory with him because I actuall like vision. Did George ever give back the money donated for his "legal defense" and is this his economic expedition that he panhandled for? Did George ever give that silver away? What a fool he is.
he's got one hell of a crack in his windscreen.......

We've no housing depression in Houston.
The Houston Chronicle reported that prices have remained fairly steady.
And with the $8,000.00 grant from the govt now - house prices should go up again.
If you're in Southern Ca or Michigan & you don't think things will improve there--MOVE THE HELL OUT!

whatever financial activity that is taking place is mainly being driven by credit , the exact same thing that got us to this point .
this isn't merely a house of cards anymore , the cards have already fallen , this is a shifting , out of sight , of the cards that have fallen , but the cards remain and are waiting to be redeemed .
everyone must pay , and until we do , the freefall will continue .JV

it's going to get worse before it gets better , this is only the very beginning .
people can believe the cheerleaders on Cnbc , but it will be years before we recover . you can follow the meaningless Dow Jones stats which only track 30 stocks out of thousands and you can believe the bogus numbers coming from the banks , but the fact is , until people stop losing jobs , we are in for a depression .

What do you think?

its very sad to see business and houses being closed and deserted, I'd hate be living there.
0urGaia 2 years ago
Oh I forgot, I didn't know about those house deals that are being done. I have always wondered how long they the banks can keep these houses on there books, and this makes sense. They sell the houses and 60 to 79 thousand dollars that are listed for 150 or more and make the owners sign the confidentiality agreement. This way the price won't be reflected in the public and bring down the price of other houses or what people are willing to pay.

BuckFutterd 2 years ago 2
Yep, i noticed dreyers ice cream is in much smaller tubs. Yet, its the same price.

This is ridiculous of what is going on lately. In Sullivan County, New York, there are a lot of vacant/abandoned stores, centers and theatres up there as of Spring 2006. 5 years ago from that time, that area was also thriving.
I cannot imagine what would (have been) occuring here in New York City, since Southern California is going through these situations. Once all the major cities go through this, we may see riots, murders, and/or martial law.

How can confidentiality agreements suppress comps? All anyone needs to do is check with County Records and see the selling price of any home near by...
newgtguy 2 years ago
The builders know that 99.99% of home buyers don't check the comps.
visionvictory 2 years ago
It's like a ghost town. I've read about displaced families squatting in abandoned houses (getting the electricity turned on and everything) for up to a year. It takes X time to evict them so they just go from place to place. This is the result of fiat currency rather than commodity-backed currency in my opinion. Thanks for posting this.

I don't waste money, fixing my windshield would be a waste. It was replaced and the next day it was hit with a golf ball.
visionvictory 2 years ago
What's up w/all the people commenting on the cracked windshield. Who cares...If your insurance has a deductible of $500 (mine does) for a cracked windshield to be replaced, you have to fork over the $. I'm w/you V V - why waste the $? That's one of the problems w/America...everyone cares about how things look on the outside - that doesn't matter. It's what's on the inside that counts. Think 'The Millionaire Next Door'

Coming to a street near you!

Give me a real socialist society any day. It's much better than this "compete or die" society that's collapsing around us right now.

Yep. Taking money away from the people who have money and giving them free to people who don't have money, or too lazy to work, through taxation, is actually a crime, called steal.

"7.50 an hour would make a person toolazy to work, don't you think. cant pay bills or rent with that money, why bother?
