she even explained it incorrectly! the thread does not get wrapped around each individual hair, that's ridiculous. the thread catches the hair and yanks it out.. had she demonstrated it we wud have seen exactly how the thread it worked.

Threading actually comes from Ancient India and was thought of as cotton was one of India's highest exports. as they made cotton thread they found many different uses one of them being this hair removal technique
