Christians love Christ...we strive for the light in life. We are pushing out from all of the darkness that is in the world. We aren't the bad guys, we strive for righteousness. The pressures people feel comes from society...peer pressure, bullying, drugs, porn, prostitution...it doesn't come from God. It comes from Godless men. We are people who just want out of all that. @69SKIPPY well for starters, we believe Jesus Christ is the way to heaven, Judaism doesn't, it still believes Moses' Law is the way to heaven, or something like that, I'm not an expert, I sorta explained part of what he said to me, but my memory of that isn't too great. I can interpret VERY different meanings for the songs, y'know? From this song: I could take the really blunt, oh geez, all the songs are about praising the lord. It wouldn't really relate to me that way. Or I could take from it, this songs about standing by your beliefs (ANY belief, I believe I have a choice in doing what I want).

The influence on something should have an effect on your listening choice as well as the lyrics.
For example I don't listen to much secular rap because it is full of cuss words innuendos and disrespect for almost everyone (This is for the most part I know that there are several exceptions but i avoid it as a whole)

i think the video is about standing up for what you believe in regardless of what people do. It also means standing up for what you believe in even when people shut you out. standing up for God could be one of the things, but i think this mostly talkn bout standing up for whats right.

@69SKIPPY well for starters, we believe Jesus Christ is the way to heaven, Judaism doesn't, it still believes Moses' Law is the way to heaven, or something like that, I'm not an expert, I sorta explained part of what he said to me, but my memory of that isn't too great. You could probably Google it or something. There are thousands of books that talk about this kind of stuff too.

I can interpret VERY different meanings for the songs, y'know? From this song: I could take the really blunt, oh geez, all the songs are about praising the lord. For example I don't listen to much secular rap because it is full of cuss words innuendos and disrespect for almost everyone (This is for the most part I know that there are several exceptions but i avoid it as a whole)

Hey, So Sorry for the wrong refference, it's from 2samuel 23: 7-16 But 9 was the verse about the different men. Basicly one of them fought so hard alongside the king (David) that his hand grew so tired, it became like it was frozen to the sword! These men served there king, even though it was hard battles! they rnt saying we r a minority hahaha YEA RIGHT. They r talking about how if I walked down the street preaching out loud i would get stopped or criticized by multiple people. but if i honestly believe what im saying is the truth then there is nothing that will stop me from saying it. period. lol

O.O......cool :o well my bad lol......whatev i listen to christian rock bands just cuz i think theyre cool,and it kinda buggs me to see everybody trying to spread their faith in the comments...(to be perfectly honest)btw if you guys like this band you guys might like Pillar(maybe IDK)
