LMAO I found this mod called "PJs Disco Party" and it comes with a default song but you can change it out :) You just buy the spell and cast it ;)

thats got to be the most funny oblivion mod ive seen i LOLed so hard!!! (FYI, only the pc version can be modded, xbox360 has downloadable content but no mods & PS3 has no downloadable content or mods)

Use Fraaps to record it, and the mods usually have instructions on how to install and work them :)

lol it's a mod I downloaded called PJ's Disco Party Spell, and it forces everyone around you to dance, puts on a pretty light show, fog, and a hanging disco ball and plays a song - you can change the song to your liking
