What do you mean Social Security and Medicare are bankrupt? I know people getting checks. Why are you panicking?

Someone asked...."Please name me one government program..." Ever hear of the Armed Services? Fire department? Police? Colorado Springs runs a great utility company.

How can you possibly know what they are going to tell me when I get at the end of my years? Have a little faith and drop the fear.

Oh...since you know so much, just how much are they going to tax me in the future too?

You don't want to be frightened? I guess you don't want to be told when a tornado is coming or any of the hundreds of OTHER warnings that help folks avoid being injured or killed lest you be "frightened". You "trust" the government to "care for you"? People like you are as scary as this plan - which, by the way, has nothing to do with "healthcare" and everything to do getting more power in the hands of Washington! Wake up before it's too late! Once freedom is gone, it's gone for good!

There is not one that has..and if that isn't enough...just look at the government run health care scams in both Canada and England. I worked in health care for 6 years in a hospital...this program will not only suck...the government is going to fuck us in the end with enormous tax increases!

Medicare was projected to cost 9 billion dollars...so far...a total cost of 67 billion!

This is nothing but a government takeover with an end goal of taxing the hell out of us. And eventually rationing health care. What that means is that when you get old, once they can no long tax you to death, you won't get health care at all. You'll be told to take a pill.

I don't want government running my family's healthcare. I have twins who were born at 26 weeks (14 weeks premature). Their lives were saved by our private insurance company and the fact they covered "anything medically necessary." They received top rate care at a cost of nearly one million dollars (including my month long hospital stay prior to their birth, and all my pre-natal testing). We had to pay a few thousand out of pocket. The current system provides better care.

I've been trying to find that chart. You can find part of it as part of an animation on Dan's site, enough so that we know he apparently thinks medicare is "a new agency of government" We're apparently not supposed to read it ourselves, we're just supposed to cower in fear as he tells us what it means.
