Wow! All these incorrect anwsers to create a large bomb! The closest one here tells you to set the bomb on the ground first! Well, let me finally tell you the right way to do it! Push A + B together to create the bomb in your hands. Then tap the A button so the bomb gets larger, then finally when it grows to it's maximum size a yellow flash will appear around the bomb for a sec to let you know it's done. I know the correct way, I got everything in this game! The gold suit isn't really great. =(

to make the bombs huge, press a to set the bomb, then stand beside it and press b to pick it up, the press a as fast as you can and wait for a ding to tell you its as big as possible, and press b or a to throw it, works best with red bombs and bombs with diseases

While holding a bomb press the a button as fast as you can and that should make it bigger.

i think you just pick them up and the longer you hold them the bigger they get...mabey(i can't remember perfecly, i haven't played in ages!!!)

@darthboti 2 years late but wth, to make bombs bigger hold b than press a to spawn a bomb in youre hand, than repitidly tap a to make it bigger when it glowns/shines its a full size and press b to throw it.

I like bomberman. Multiplayer is really awesome. Did you know you can unlock new stages by quickly pressing start rapidly at the menu screen? You know when you see Start; multiplayer; options; customs.
