@PhilbruProduction Merci Philippe. J'ai été un peu déçu de ne pas trouver de meilleurs endroits, mais toujours apprécié l'action. ce qui concerne Mike
Great video, nice to hear the kids getting as excited as we all do at seeing a steam locomotive working as they were intended, at full speed.Keep up the good work.Chris.
Two smashing shots Mike. Great to see two different locations where the locos are working well. And a nice contrast as well with the mountainous background for the King and a close-up for Tornado. Well worth a day out despite the conditions. Chris
Two good shots there Mike, good to see the old King was not outshone by the 'Young Pretender' on the day. Two fine performances by both locos and crews
Are you a Flying Scotsman fan? Great video's of KE1 and Tornado. Georgeous scenery at Llanvihangel. Tornado was accelerating so I take it the train was on its way from Ludlow? I've subscribed to your channel. I filmed Tornado yesterday departing Paddington. Please take a look and comment. If you like, subscribe back. Barry
@bkendlerA4 Hi Barry, many thanks for viewing. It's a long story as to why "4472" ended up in my name, lol. You're quite correct about the clip of T - and not the best of locations. Thanks for the sub and I'll catch up with your vids later
Two cracking shots Mike, at the first location you were just North of the summit at Llanfihangel, the field on the left and up a bit is the best location for Southbound workings.....Bob
That first clip is a cracker! The mountain behind sets off the steam a real treat. Was that the mountain Bob Masterman was shivering on? 5* . . . . Alan
Excellent shots Mike from the rural Wales showing the king off to 60163 giving a chime for the excited children. you must have travelled a few miles to get these shots but it was certainly worth it.
@981smithy Thanks Phil. I actually stayed in Hereford overnight with a plan to get the King going north and on its return and Tornado twice north; but it was one of those days when my plans didn't work out. All part of the fun.
Two very good shots Mike , a bet you are glad the box just got into the cutting before the King appeared. The children seemed happy to see Tornado in the last shot and you got a great whistle . Regards Steve
@TheStephengthompson Cheers Steve. Not the locations I'd set out to film from but thankfully luck was on my side with the King. I guess the sound of excited kids adds to the shot - not the best of spots.
Very Nice Video,I Enjoyed That,Thanks.Trevor.

@khankadet Many thanks Chris. To be honest I'd not set out to use either of the locations, but as you say they provided a good contrast.
