I agree with Peter very often. I think he's correct. But he puts way too much faith in securitized instruments. Gold and silver will increase, but if you don't have it in your hands and its on a piece of paper, it's worth the paper its printed on. Plus, when you need to sell it, where will you sell it and how will you sell it if the government intervenes and makes it impossible for you to sell it?
make sure you test everything you buy , especially new bullion , make sure you leave the acid on the metal for at least 8 minutes , fake silver too , don't trust the electronic test , they mixed super conductors to confuse the electronics and oil polymers to slow down the acid reaction
@jhunted7667 Superconductors? What do you mean by that? Superconductors are conductors with a resistance of zero but are only achievable at extremely low temperatures.
@mrrobotica your thinking of the Meissner effect for super conductors with zero resistance , what I'm talking about is an amalgam like the filling in a tooth only the don't use mercury they are using a formula that I have not been able to crack other than , it's 10% Gold 89.7 & =.+ or - the rest is oil polymers like what you would impregnante a bronze bearing with along with super conductors the super conductors allow it to pass the electronic test , the best way to tell a fake is
@mrrobotica to look at it , there are different color Golds red green even black so they can play with the color, you cannot tell by the weight in the latest fakes , or the size but if you scratch it on a touch stone the metal of real gold will adhere to the stone when the fake with a gentle blow will fly away , plus if you use a touch stone with acid the iol polymers will only resist the acid for 5 maybe 6 minutes then disolve so leave the acid test for at least 8 minutes to proof
@mrrobotica so the fakes are made of 10% Gold 89.7 percent or there abouts tungsten .3 percent superconductors and oil polymers , the earliest fakes can be seen I think on Malones blogs with the fakes comming out of the Russian central banks , I can't be sure because I never have seen any of those , but after a period of time the tungsten will corrode leaving tarnish on the coin , I have a real fear which I will not disclose here , if they solve that problem then there will be almost
as mikalmari pointed out, the Asians are continuing to buy gold. in fact, they will only buy physical gold and they are paying cash. they are literally ditching bank notes and taking on physical.
silver is manipulated by wall street when shit meets fan i would rather own silver than fiat paper money ... also saving my wealth in silver is much easier because its not as liquid right now ... so due to terrible lifestyle of drugs boobs and booze this is the only way i can save ... because strippers don,t take silver!!!
Keep talking Peter... Admit it - I was rite all along & you were in error pertaining to Silver.
Still; I commend you for your honesty in this regard. Far too many speculators have taken bets that they shall not honor as demonstrated in my recent video.
The paper dollar is as robust as the people that back it up. It will only topple when it is time. NOT before.
If you've been dollar cost averaging over the past ten years, nothing to worry about. If you're new to the market, buy on the dips, then cost average after the turn.
Thank you Peter...some of us still need an occasional reminder as to why we're in these markets and your expertise and knowledge are always reassuring and appreciated. The only problem I have is "the rent is still too damn high!" for Jimmy McMillan.
Mr. Schiff, do You know Prof, Wilhelm Hankel? I'd beg You to offer handelsblatt*com Your expertises in guest commenting, I'm SURE they'd be very interested! Thanks for Your support for Ron Paul, sound money and reasonable monetary politics, You're sadly one of the very few honest men left.in mainstream TV media. Cheers!
I wasnt expecting silver to drop like it has but cause of the fundementals behind silver im saving it for my pension. Last year had a bad second half but im not concerned about now. Only my future!
@ralph15085 Only an imbecile would purchase a metal as a hedge above sustainable levels which is at $12-$16 per Oz at Max. The reason why the metals declined is because gasoline was dropped to stimulate Christmas shopping whereas diesel held steady to stifle rampant economic expansion.
@ralph15085 Yes, strippers will take silver after the collapse & they will love it's antibacterial quality's. I think you may want to get some 1/2 oz rounds, as you will get a great show for that or even lesser fractional amounts LOL That way you will only need a little of your stack, for a peek of their rack ;) LOL
BTFD!!!

Isn't this Austrian Economics? Discounting the empirical evidence of the Gold/Silver markets in favor of the theoretical way in which market's work?
