@naatbum The one you download from website is free version, which only scans for recoverable pictures. So if you see your picture's thumbnail, it means that you can recover your picture using this software. Then you need to go to website to get the full version, and then use full version to do the recovery.

i have a sony camera but the memory stick is too little to fit in my memory card slop on my laptop. and ims cared if i put it in there it will get stucked so i used the SONY USB cable connecter and i recovered the pics. WHICH I thoUght was GREAT ! yes, if you didn't take more photos after deletion, for sure you can get back your deleted pictures. Even you took photos after that, you still got chance to get back your deleted pictures. Use asoftech photo recovery to scan your card for deleted pictures.

I accidentally format my canon camera when deleting some photos to free up the space. Then I had success get back my pictures with this software. However, remember to take out the memory card and connect the card to computer using card read, otherwise you are not able to see the card in the software.
