Actually, the credits does not list this as "Noob Saibot" and this warrior that helps Ermac looks exactly like the other soldiers from the Extermination Squads.

Although an episode of MK Conquest had Noob Saibot who was.... well, needless to say, cooler than the warrior that pops out of Ermac.

Thats true but the creators of this movie didn't think of putting Ermac's Telekinsis into it but instead they gave him the power to produce shadow clones who turn out to be Noob Saibot in which that was a poor Idea...because Noob Saibot is a Wraith, not a clone in a way and they also left out one of the main Robot Character Sektor which it was a big mistake in that movie
