free alternative 2 this if u can't afford push ups, pull ups, overhead clap, stretch ur arms out n front & clap ur hands wide, "raise the roof" or any other type of over the head exercise! these types of exercises strengthen & tighten around chest, under arms, upper back, & shoulder area. i'm so serious ladies, it may sound funny as hell. LMAO but i'm not kidding. next time u do some of these upper body exercises, watch how ur breast move. u b sore 1st few days if u r not use 2 it, but goes away

@lenabina86 depends if the doctor cut the "milking" glands when he displaced the nipple. Normally, it shouldn't, and women can even breast feed with implants.
