Matt's voice is nice. It's great that NZ has such a show to promote our young talents. But where is all mentoring and developing of these idols after they are winners? It is ashamed that none of the winners to date has enduring career in the industry. Simply the industry as a whole really has no real raw talents/mentors in NZ... We Need more Keri Te Kanawa...Bottomline, it is just all for tv rating. TVNZ is the biggest winner.
