That is the sword Gilgamesh leaves after you defeat him, however, you cannot take it there.

The bad thing about this sword is you can only get it AFTER killing Yiazmat and Omega mark... It would have been usefull for it's combo hits

It also has a slow charging time so it is hardly useful on low hp monsters ( which most non-bosses in the game are )

go to a place where characters would die .. and try to gain high exp,

but only use 1 character to level up,

when the character dies .. switch to another ...

when only 2 left .. switch to 1, revive one .. and run to the closest save point !

yep easy yaizmat --THE trick is gambit:|any|reverse all 3 character dont use excalibur in 4 bars it cost 2 hrs for me need to much high ether /ether/elixir|dont use mega lixir|but stil there are harder than any boss that the mini-games to much boring

easier if you set your 2 other chars in berserk while their HP is 1 so your other chars makes 10-12 hits at a time also they should be equipped with a masamune/muramasa (sorry i forgot w/c one of those) or yagyu darkblade, then just cast decoy and reverse to yourself and let the other 2 do the job for you. takes less than an hour if you do it that way.

yagyu darkblade is better then either of those against yiazmat, masamune is nice too because of its high chance to get multiple strikes, i put yagyu darkblade on vaan, and masamune on basch with full genji set, and then use soulstealer to lower there life to 1, then put them into beserk, penelo with decoy and ran around in a circle, in one hour yiazmat was dead, change equip to stop death strike and the stupid cyclone shit, other then that its just alot of running around lol

tournesol is 80% combo rate but its very slow to hit with so if ur killing monsters with less than 9999hp then zodiac spear is better bit 10k+hp wyrmhero is better

Not all that long.

There are a few things you have to do before you can finish it (i.e. defeat Gilgamesh, and the bottle quest), but once those are done, it takes, like, 30 minutes, tops, because you start to get good at it.

my favorite party group is vaan lvl 99 with the tournesol, baltheir lvl 99 with the fomalhaut and silent shot, and ash lvl 99 with the masamune. and all of them are equipped with black mask, maximillian, and the cat-ear hood.

What are you talking about? You just have to keep on killing Helvenik multiple times to get more Grand armours, he is not one of those rare monsters that goes away forever after you kill it once.

u must get the Ultima esper first at the Great Crystal (man I hate that place!!!) , then talk to the geomancer. He'll tell u that the secret area is now accessible. Train u're party members hard because the enemies there are soo difficult to handle! Lvl 60 and above! Its a tough journey, u'll probably die even before u reach Zodiark..
