@AshleyAnns1 It is going ok. I have been off and on it for about 5 days now. I am getting back on the band wagon tomorrow and i have promised myself that i am going to finish this round until i reach the 200's, which is currently about 20 pounds away. I doubt that i will do another round. The diet makes me feel too deprived and i don't deal well with that.
You look great, you are so inspiring. I started HCG on Tuesday 1-3-12 and watching your journey will indeed help me on mine. I don't even know how I stumbled on this video...but I am happy I did...
@Olivia2317 Thanks so much. I am gonna have to check you out. Are you vlogging a/b your journey? This community is the greatest. At the time I was like the only person i knew in AR doing hcg. This community gave me accountability and tons of friends who could empathize with what i was doing. I never felt alone. So it was easier to stay on track.

Great update!!!!. I have my first bottle of HCG now, I havent started yet, kinda lost, any tips you would recommend.? I guess my biggest fear is I will not have enough time to eat snacks, increase water intake, due to me working in the healthcare field and ometimes we are extremely busy. So yall help me out, lol. Your results are great BTW.
@GODLOOKINGOUTFORME Read pounds and inches. It is a must to be success. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and don't be afraid to pack your snacks or lunch. Ooooh be sure you eat. You are gonna have to make that time. But if u want it u can make it.

@HCGChica LOL I forgot to tell yall to move the babies from the room. lol I have gained, so now i must loose again. It will be slow and painful, but at least i will have my girls to comfort me. Plus i was getting so grossed out looking at the loose skin on my breast. I hated it :( I came home a nd worked out. Wiped Out!
