My first Garmin was in about 10 years ago cost me around $300 for the emap model which basiclay had an arrow and pointed to the direction. It was better then getting lost. Now I have a C340 which good and I'm hope to get an upgrade :)
I just bought one of these Garmin Nuvi 255W's this week. I travel over large parts of New York State as a service tech for a international corporation. I will tell you right now...this product...IS TOTALLY AMAZING!! I am naturally very good with directions and finding my way, but occasionally I go into more populated urban areas with heavy road conjestion and traffic. Areas I am totally unfamiliar with. Country or city roads, the Nuvi 255W was dead on. I LOVE IT! Buy it you will too. :)
How come you post EXACTLY the same text on all the videoes about Garmin nuvi 255 all over youtube. This is a nice piece og electronics, but come on...
I did post it on three video pages...that is correct. I was happy and excited to have it, and due to the many, many Nuvi videos on here I wanted people to see that so I posted it on a few pages. I'm pretty sure no one's feelings were hurt, and I wanted my opinion to be helpful to those it mattered too. I'm also pretty sure that there are much more important and serious things in life to be concerned with. Cheers! :)

Just ordered one from qvc. My question is does it have a current location and save that point of location?
jimmyd4153 3 years ago
Yes it does...just tap the screen at your current location, and it will prompt you to save it. :)
