When we have people blocking the roads, we don't jut wave cars down, we always have some form on communication device to let the driver(s) in the car who is drifting that someone is coming on the road in which point they stop and allow the car(s) to pass. As for people walking in the nature park, they will hear the car coming and common sense would be to check both ways before crossing, and if you can hear a car coming, your gonna be much more onto it. Even though the cop in the video was technically right, he did say something about "drivers" or people in general getting hurt..but notice in the video, there are no cars.....so im pretty sure that he would not hurt anyone but his self and there would be a small percentage of hitting the camera man. yes its illegal, but no its not "crazy driving." hes risking his life, not others. come one now...
