Thats a Theory i had that the release of the heart of the TARDIS in Boom Town released the Master. Then agian in the time war and the destruction of Gailfry and the Eye of Harmony could have released the Master, and the Doctor just hadnt encountered him yet. Series 3 will be bigger and better than the last two...

in a script the word Axos is written from the Third Doctor Story "Claws of Axos" with the Axons, if u know of the original series and the original Master, u may see a link with Mr. Saxon
