'Cause not knowing Russian (or whichever other language is spoken in any given cartoon or movie) allows one to put humorously inappropriate translations in. Plus, Winnie's mannerisms in this cartoon aren't those of a cuddly, loveable and quirky bear, but rather those of someone who Gets What He Wants When He Wants It, Dammit.

I mean, just look at his eyebrows. That's one perpetually angry bear.
