  • big ben is awesome

  • @allenlj5165 GO BIG BEN!!!!

  • The porage at 11:27 looks more like the vanilla yogurt that I like rather then oat meal.

  • But perhaps the most important event to occur in 1964 was the tv debut of RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER by Rankin-Bass Productions.

  • Instead of a 1965 Island there should've been a 1964 Island for 1964 was a much more critical year in American history. It was the year that the U.S. Surgeon General confirmed that smoking cigarettes was hazardous to your health; it was the year the Beattles came to America; the year the Civil Rights Act was passed into law, the year of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution went into affect and direct U.S. military involvement in the Vietnam War began.

  • "You're a baaad bird, Aeon..." >=(

  • Somehow 0:44-0:55 reminds me of the lawrence Welk show!??

  • How is Rudolph gonna see where he's going with that sail in face blocking his view? Incedentally that sail has the calender of August 1928 written on it which is sort of an inside joke. For August 1928 was the year that Romeo Muller, screenplay writer for Rankin-Bass Productions.

  • How do they do this animation?

  • @67nairb its stop motion puppets

  • @muppetsstoogesfan1 Thaks for the info. In one of my last comments from two months ago I forgot to say that the sail on the sail boat docked at the harbor that Rudolf would travel through the Archipeligo of Last Years had a calender written August 1928. That was the month and year that R-B screenplay writer Romeo Muller was born. I forgot to mention that he was born in my last comment.

  • @67nairb Stop-Motion, I believe it is.... like they did with The Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. ^_^ <3

  • @GrellHunterOfLove I know it's stop-motion animation. What I like to know is that how were they able to create that sky and clouds over the sea that Rudolf sailing across and how they got Eon to fly through the sky and flap his wings. How did Rankin-Bass get Santa's reindeer to fly?

  • @67nairb Strings? O.O" That IS a good question. Lol. xD

  • Yep.

  • Is it possible to go back in time.....in theory? I know this sounds crazy.

  • Love the songs and the music in this. Red Skelton had a beautiful singing voice.

  • 0:09-0:13 I think this is the only scene from the movie in which Rudolph flew.

  • @67nairb Who marked this as spam? He's right. Paul Frees rocked the scene!

  • @ExplorerDS6789 I don't know.

  • lol "somebody broke my chair." thanks for uploading.
