Sam, you need to understand what is happening here in Quartzsite. For one, the exiting “Acting” Mayor with Town Council voted to remove the powers of the incoming “Elected” Mayor Ed Foster. He needs 4 votes to stop Chief Jeff Gilbert’s illegal activities and can’t get them. The Attorney’s are lining up now for the next bought of Civil Suits against the Town of Quartzsite. IMHO, there is NO way that the Town can win and will face Millions in judgments against them…

I have a question the chief does not seem to listen so why are not going to his boss? The city manager, mayor and the city council and complain and put them on notice about the violation of your civil rights and regress you have in federal court against the city government and police department.

I look at some of the case law you put up there and it is not from AZ it is from CA state cases not federal and pertain to states those state. You may be right. But I have my doubts. Why are you not in complain to the chief boss. The mayor in front of the city council with the case lawthat shows how the chief is violating 4 and 5 amendment and opening the city to a federal law suit. Under Title 42 chapter 21 subchapter 1 1983. 1983. Civil action for deprivation of rights.
