I agree with both of you. Watchmen is one of the first superhero movies (if you could call it that) that does what the fans want: JUST TAKE WHAT'S BEEN PRINTED FOR 50+ YEARS AND PUT IT TO VIDEO! Too many directors wanna put their 'artistic interpretation' on these characters when all they really do is just appeal to the people who only have glancing knowledge of them instead of the real fans that have supported them for decades.

I agree with you partly. This was an amazing movie and got very bad rap. You really needed to have read the comic before hand, as this is one of the few high budget movies made specifically for a relatively small fan base. I read the comic about two weeks before I saw this and LOVED it. Gave it an 8.5 out of 10.

I think the song fits the scene and not just for the time period. How? The title of the song - Boogie Man. KC maybe talking about the Boogie Man eatin' up the dancing floors, but in that scene, the director is talking about the kind of Boogie Man you're scared of at night.
