CFCs are also not a factor in global warming, but rather destruction of ozone. It is not toxic (which is why it was popular at the time).

Theres still not unarguable evidence for the theory of global warming (or climate change - whatever its called these days) and it is therefore by definition still I theory. It may sound ridiculous but Darwin's theory of evolution is still just that, a theory and that certainly has far more concrete scientific evidence than global warming.
