.(to get final form). go to the under world pain and panic go into curbis cup go into master form then retry then then go back into master form and retry and keep doing that and eventualy you will atomaticly go into final form and it will be added to your list of forms

You want to keep your combos going as much as posible, and don't bother using magic. when sepheroth hangs in the air and you see an orb hang above sora's head, select a high-potion or other uber-effective healing item, but don't use it untill sepheroth uses magic to deplete your health completly. Once his health gets down, he'll call medior showers, so try to glide out of the way. To obtain "glide" ability, level up final form to 3

But the keyblade is obtained from defeating Sephiroth.

i just beat him on proud mode and at lvl 35 it was really hard and annoying but then the thing that you learned from him, i used it and killed a whole health bar and my drive kept on going to anti sora and it was soo annoying. after like 4 tries i finally beat him
