Dat Rumble ult was actually a pretty smart one. Thinkin the pulled ape was the real wukong (who is tanky and could survive and use ult) and knowing that the enemy team was probably with this wukong in the bush they would come to tf because with wukong ult they wouldve had a chance. So smart rumble uses his ult to prevent them from rushing in and atleast dealing significent dmg to the enemy team while they try to save the situation. tl;dr rumble ult prevented enemy team from initiating
