@GeneSplicer260 My car wasn't bad. Front fender, some body work on the rear fender, front tie rod - that was about it. Other car wasn't quit totalled, but lots of suspension and body damage. He rolled.
The TO Port car was really coming up on you two quick. Seemed the black miata had a bit more top end power than you, but you carried your speed a bit more. Back and forth.
Going side by side really slowed the #1 car and I down as we're both on sub-optimal lines. But it was the first time in the race that the #1 car made enough of a mistake that I could actually get beside him, so I couldn't give up! :) I was definitely faster in turns T8-T10, but #1 was faster in the slower turns.
I'm the white car with the blue stripe. No one was hurt, and my car had surprisingly little damage. The black car... well, that was almost a total writeoff.
Saw that live, was running in another class. That was some real neck and neck racing all the way. I think 72 could have backed off there on T9. It would have been nice to see it play out to the finish line in a 3 way! - didn't have to end that way.
You can't see it in this video but the black number 1 car was rolled. Driver appeared OK and I hope he is doing well.
totaly agree. T9 is keeping up on the outside on a few corners so he's cornering faster. however I think both of those drivers were responsible. T9 should have found a better place to pass 72 should have just let T9 pass and let his tires die.

I also saw this live from the corner worker box in T11. I could see the black car tumbling.
