  • How does a baby not drown if you're giving water birth??

  • you are so brave girl

  • having a baby this way insures a better life then the first thing that happens is a doctor jamming vaccinations into the babies head

  • I don't know anything about childbirth, but it seems like the baby starts crying when they put the turkey baster thing in its mouth to suck the fluid out. So don't use the turkey baster. That's what she said.

  • beautiful birth. im just confused on why the baby didnt cry i would of freaked and how was this mother so calm? i wish i was this darn brave!

  • love this video...childbirth is truely amazing and beautiful!

  • I hope my girlfriend has a peaceful birth like this and not like one of those screaming women who crush your hands, pull your hair and swear at the doctors lmao.

  • that was beautiful :) and so calm

  • why wasn't there any blood until she had the baby in her arms??? I'm confused!

  • Did you see how happy that baby looked? So awesome

  • wild

  • Beautiful

  • wow...i got teary eyed when she held the baby.

  • is it true that if the baby doesnt cry they slap it to so when it cries it coughs up the fluid in its lunges? God bless the new born :)

  • beautiful. what an adorable baby.

  • The bravest lady I have ever seen in my life. Hats off to her!

  • That is a peiceful childbirth! Nothing can top that!!!

  • aww thats lovely, great birth.

  • It varies from women to women.. my wife also gave birth with no pain killers..and she was in labor for 18 hours.. and she was in nasty pains she was crying but laughing at the same time :))

  • Wow that's the best one I've seen yet!

  • This is simply amazing, not a peep out of either of them. Beautiful :) Dont we all just hope for this!

  • she is beautiful - I wish she can carry my babies

  • Damn she's a boss!

  • I've watched a couple of birth videos on youtube and this was the most beautiful and peaceful one. Well done, beautiful video and great work trusting your body and taking it naturally and in a relaxed way!! Congratulations!

  • cute baby :)

  • Awwwwww

  • Dang i hope if i have a kid i hope it is like that

  • I"m really scary to give birth to my baby but this vid seems so friendly and easy..

  • Wow!

  • Ask yourself this question: Was there anybody yelling Push! Push! or using glorified barbecue tongs to rip this poor woman's vagina in half so that her insurance or her would have to pay extra to fix it?

  • This video convinces me of three things:

    1. Childbirth is not supposed to be traumatic for the mother or child.

    2. All the poking, prodding, verbal abuse, violation of body and privacy that goes on in hospitals is about money, not you or your child's welfare.

    3. The medical industry preys on the insecurities and fears of perfectly healthy women so they can strap them up in a torture device and force them to push their baby out as quick as possible, so they can keep the cash flowing.

  • very wonderful indeed.

  • that was beautiful , it gives me hope in the future when the times come in having babies i would know what to do when i give birth. so i can have a more relax and calm experience and she said it can be pain free if i appact what is going on with my body which is a good thing for women to know nowadays. i want to give birth in water too and this takes the cake for me to do that indeed.

  • Oh my God. That was amazing...

  • this has gotta be the most beautiful baby birthing video I've seen.

  • this is the best birth on youtube all the others got me scared about mine in October coming but this is the best

  • beautiful...

  • That is amazing. :)

  • That's one of the coolest things I've ever seen! You were so calm, love it

  • That was beautiful.

  • Damn impressive.

  • may i ask. whats the difference between normal birth and water birth?

  • That is soooo cool

  • awwwwwwww he's smiling, congratulations!

  • she made giving birth look sooo easy. no pain at all. lol and the baby just came right out.

  • You know you live in a sexually repressed society when they censor birth videos.

  • @darkowin

babies live in fluid in their mothers womb so when they are born into water its natural for them and the breath when they come up from the water. whilst they are still attached to the umbilical cord it is doing the breathing for them..

You made that look so easy congrats

  • easy :)

  • oh, easy birth, wonderful :)

  • beautiful :) well done and congratulations on a beautiful wee bubba. thanks for sharing

  • wow that was amazing, u make it look easy xxx

  • woooooooooooow !!! magnifique!!!

  • What a trooper!

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Bravest. Woman. Ever.

  • i have along time before i do give birth but i am really excited

  • Certainly looked more comforting.

  • You are hard as nails lady. Respect!

  • this is beautiful.

  • Wow its amazing that lady deserves a medal!

  • cute baby : )

  • that is bloody amazing. Props to this woman

  • This is an ideal childbirth! My respect to his MOTHER! This video is very beautiful to watch.Real pleasure.

  • I love this birth video. Every time I get scared about giving birth I watch it!

  • That was beautiful :)

  • censorship ruined it

  • I believe that a party so quiet .... so fast and without too much suffering I've never seen ..!!! congratulations ... what luck

  • That's crazy! I never knew births could be so quiet and peaceful! Casualty would have you think everyone loses their heads :P

  • Wow. That's what I want :)

  • beautiful

  • ur baby is beautiful!

  • i don't believe it can be a totally pain free experience for everyone..but defiantly less painful when you altar your perception of birth.

  • I still have not married again. each time to watch a video about the birth, I felt very scared to give birth, but I still wanted children. but I feel very grateful for discovering this video. after watching this video, for fear of giving birth has been lost and feel can not wait to give birth to a baby .. this video is very good because the nipple and vagina is not shown clearly ... thank you for sharing something so motivated

  • I had a Peaceful Birth But hes Kinda not a Peaceful Baby :/ lol But i Still LOVE HIM! <3

  • beautiful:D that amazing was there a midwife?? or just her body independent woman of are pass has done natural births why cant wee?

  • @doomadoom That is such a beautiful way of saying it, me too.

  • This birth video is truly amazing and inspiring, so beautiful calm and peaceful. I would be very interested to know how you prepared yourself for this kind of birth. I gave birth to my two children naturally but I did scream my way through it a bit, even though I trusted my body's natural ability to birth my babies. I plan to have a similar more calming birth with my third baby and any advice would be grately accepted.

  • what an awesome birth! I wish more women could understand labor and birth don't have to be scary.

  • cute baby...i was crying when watching this...u did embrace ur baby after u gave birth ... touchful story.. i wonder when my mother give birth to me

  • thats incredible! I am so glad I have wittnessed a peaceful birth! I want mine to be just like this!

  • Im gonna do that !

  • wow, amazing, water birth seems to be the way to go...

  • shes my icon broo she haves balls

  • @sanleunam lol, i can assure you, she did not have balls

  • Hopefully, in about 8 weeks, I'll be doing the exact same. I do have a midwife though.

  • super cute baby!

  • Truely Beautiful

  • wow amazing!

  • so how come the baby didn't choke on the water or anything?

  • @darkowin because they're getting oxygen through the umbilical cord. Thats why they don't choke in the womb or in the tight birth canal.

  • @darkowin the baby comes from a liquid 'place' and only as the baby spits out the fluid that its lungs come in function

  • @darkowin the baby can still breathe in water, in the mothers body, the baby was given oxygen through the unbilical cord

  • @darkowin babies don't breathe until their faces touch the iar.

  • @darkowin Because the umbilical cord provides the baby's nutrients and performs all gas exchange etc. Despite being fully formed a few weeks/months before birth, the lungs don't work until they have to. It's said to be a much better way of giving birth because don't forget the bubba spends its whole development in what is essentially a bag of water and it's a nice transition for it, rather than being pushed out onto a bed or whatever. And it's meant to be a lot more soothing for the mother.

  • @darkowin most babies can be born in water.

  • @darkowin Babies just don't. They spend almost nine months in the womb surrounded by fluid; as long as the umbilical cord is still attached during birth (which normally it ought to be anyway!) they can go from the womb to the pool without difficulty. The seals that keep the airways in place - plugs, if you will - remain there until the baby is brought into the air. :)

  • @darkowin

lol... when baby is in mothers stomach its undewater all the time

  • @darkowin Since the babies are in fluid inside the womb, when they are birthed into water it doesn't trigger their breathing reflex. They don't take their first breath until they feel the pressure change from being in air as opposed to water. So they can stay under water in a birthing tub for a minute or two without taking their first breath, so long as their umbilical cord is still attached and pumping oxygen rich blood into them.

  • @darkowin Babies are in fluid for 9 months, waterbirths are actually less traumatic for a baby because the transition out of the womb is easier. They don't actually take their first breath until they are completely out and even then they're still provided oxygen and other nutrients through the cord until it is clamped and cut. :)

  • @darkowin until baby is brought above water and experiences the pressure change, baby is still receiving all oxygen through the umbilical cord. A baby's lungs are essentially in a collapsed state while in utero, and the pressure change expands their lungs to fill with oxygen. Also, baby is in a warm watery environment up until birth so being born in water is a more gentle transition, which is why the baby didn't cry either.

  • @darkowin When a baby comes out of the womb it is not trying to breathe until it actually feels the air. It comes out of an environment in which there is no free-flowing air and into the water, where there is no free-flowing air. Only after it exits the water will it attempt to take its first breath. It is a completely natural response to the change in environments, not to mention that the birthing water is approximately the same as the mother's internal body temperature.

  • This is hands-down the most graceful, beautiful birth I've ever seen. So inspiring. One day, I WILL give birth this way, because as a woman, I have the power to.

  • I can't believe that she just gave birth ALL by herself! I was waiting for her to scream and the baby to cry but nope! he/she (sorry i don't know) just popped right out. Like it was no big deal! haha i guess you are one peacful lady! haha

  • Very moving

  • How lovely :)

  • lovely birth well done girl!!!!!!!

this is how i want to give birth, inspirational, calm and collected x

  • this made me cry.

  • that was really beautiful!

when I'm pregnant I want to be brave like her and do the same!

  • beautiful birth!

  • WOW that was incredible! I can only hope my birth experience is nearly so great!

  • My due date is in 2 weeks, and this is how my baby boy will come into the world.

  • This made me cry! So lovely.

  • What a beautiful and peaceful birth! Every pregnant woman ought to see this, so she could know what is possible. I just love how you trusted your body and the process of birthing, and just allowed it to unfold without resistance! So awesome that words just can't really express the beauty of your birth. Thank you for sharing this! <3

  • they're just casually giving the birth to a baby with no help like a baby factory?

  • wow i am amazed at how easy that was for her, Kudos

  • I am a rather modest person in life, however, if someone chooses to share their birth experience publicly, it should not be censored. Everyone of us was born the same way, more or less, & the idea that a woman's body in labor should be hidden, or is somehow shameful, is what perpetuates our collective ignorance and fears around childbirth. The more comfortable and trusting women are about the birth process, the more pain free births can take place!

  • Gorgeous. Thanks for posting! More women should see THIS type of labor!

  • BTW, I love the look of wonder on her face as she looks up while his is coming out. I remember that feeling during each, and then again when nursing actually worked right for the first time.

  • Wow. I, too, wish they hadn't blocked out from where he was crowning. I'd wanted to do this but had complications and ended up with backlabor, also. My kids didn't cry, either, but although I was able to hold and nurse my daughter right away, the doctors had to work on my son for a few minutes before my husband got him...I didn't get to hold him for an hour as I was sent to recovery. I wonder what percentage of these births actually go this well.

  • awhh so cute

  • ITS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET. i want my birth to be just liek this...peaceful

  • =)

  • perfect natural birth

  • BAck in the days style

  • wow the wow out

  • I had a painfree natural home water birth at as well and you can too! After preparing yourself mind body and spirit during pregnancy. A peaceful state of mind and water can make all the difference in the world. Release your fears, educate yourself, and trust your body. Don't doubt yourself, women are amazingly capable of so much!

  • are babies born better in water?

  • Amazing!

  • you are amazing! it just goes to show what the mind is capable of. So peaceful. Well done !

  • Beautiful birth :)

  • Absolutely beautiful!!!!!!

  • YAY!!! Im SO PROUD OF YOU!

Ah this is such a lovely birth - it makes my heart so happy to see other mothers enjoying birth and being calm during the body changes. Thank you for sharing.

  • Man, it's difficult to grasp that a birth can actually be pain free. I think if I ever have a baby I need to have it somewhere out of country so I'll get the support I need for the kind of birth I want. I wouldn't expect my family to be supportive of having a baby out of a hospital.

  • I still laugh whenever I see a waterbirth the idiot obstectrian told my wife and I that the baby would "drown in a waterbirth" yep what a IDIOTIC comment I have ever heard from someone who's supposedly qaulified>I trusted my wife's instincts and we had a beautiful waterbirth

  • So awesome!

  • i think the baby was smiling already

  • she made it look so beautiful.

  • Congrats!! By the time I saw it, your baby is probably two today.

  • What a beautiful birth! Congrats!

  • .Amazing! Good job mama. I'll remeber who not to mess with during "youtube negative comment time".

  • wow... it's so fast... wish i could deliver my own baby that fast and i also want it safe...

  • when i grow up, imma gonna trust my own body too and birth in peace without pain though i won't use any drug or what! :D

  • @mythia21 Good luck to you mythia....a good place to nurture holding on to that trust in yourself, is homeschooling. In school, they can easily take your trust away from you, by constantly forcing you to do what they want, instead of making your own decisions about learning and growing for yourself.

  • Awwww! :) That was really beautiful <3 And the baby looked like the baby was smiling..

  • if they can show there face why not there body...

  • @Kaylaa190

    haha American censorship

  • i want to do it this way!!! shes so lucky and the baby is too!!!:D

  • That was AWESOME! Go momma!

  • omg that was fast

  • Beautiful x

  • wow..that was so amazing..

  • I've been watching a ton of birth videos, I'm pregnant myself. Out of all of them, this one is the only one that has so far been completely 'beautiful' &didn't make me cringe. I see there's no negative comments on this 1, where as any other 1 where the woman is completley exposed, people hhave been so ignorant and immature, commenting on the womans 'disgusting vagina' and such. The other videos made ppl say 'I'm NOT having babies now!' and this one people are like 'I want to give birth!' lol

  • @ajduff85 I agree, this is a very perfect birth! It has been two months since you posted this, so I don't know if you are still interested, but this is also a lovely birth

'Our Easy home Birth' best of luck

  • @ajduff85 Exactly! Finally something nice, not those scary movie type of videos. lol

  • Warm water relaxes your cervix

  • Buttt whyy the baby didn't cryy ???

  • @juliaestaty96 - babies don't always cry. Peaceful birth, peaceful baby.

  • @juliaestaty96 most of the time they cry because they were all nice and cuddly, then suddenly ripped out of the womb into the cold air, poked and proded..i would cry too lol

  • @juliaestaty96 and besides that... the first thing than the babie find is a warm and delicius warm water...and not a cold and a damn doctor slaping his litlle ass...how cant that babie cry? beutiful birth, beutiful child sure his life gonna be diferent spiritually talking.

  • @juliaestaty96 The Baby spends 9 months in her belly so for 9 months the baby feels the beat of her heart, and when the baby came out she took it and put it on her chest so the baby can feel the heartbeat and not to cry. That's what I think why it didn't cry but they say that if the baby don't cry may face some problems afterwards but it's not always true. :)

  • @juliaestaty96 As long as the baby is still receiving oxygen from the umbilical cord or has started breathing, it's not a problem if the baby doesn't cry.

  • that looked so easy. congrats by the way.

  • Aww, I love when she says "what a beautiful creature"

  • I think that was the way to be born! The baby was vary relaxed!

  • cute seeing the mother as it hugs the baby....^^

  • why didnt it hurt ?

  • @QuaLeeFree - because she overcame her fear and trusted her body.

  • @laurashanley and because doctors are morons. It's videos like this that make me laugh when I look at a doctor that delivers babies for a living and the women go through hell. My mom wouldnt believe this video, she would probably think it was fake or something.

  • @laurashanley -u sound like Oprah :)

  • @QuaLeeFree because she is the bravest woman of the world.

  • What a beautiful birth! Mom and baby were so calm, it was truly amazing! Women are awesome!

  • cool.........................

  • Giving birth is the best thing to do as they are in water in the womb, when giving birth into air the baby has risks of breathing problems, but once given birth in wateryou can slowly take him out of the water.

  • In waterbirth, there is usually no vaginal tearing. What is the blood from in the water?

  • @heartbreakbrook doesnt the placenta pass through after the baby? i assume its like blood off the placenta since it is basically a glob of blood itself.

  • Amazing and Inspiring! Thanks for sharing!

  • Funny how the voice over makes it sound so dangerous lol

  • This was a great video. It makes me so proud be a woman and see mothers like this take control of their birth and have such amazing outcomes. Very good example of how women can give birth easily and without assistance. I hope to birth like this when I have children.

  • WOW! Absolutely amazing and beautiful vdeo. Thanks for sharing. Im hoping to have a natural waterbirth using Hypnobirthing. I hope my birthing experience is as gorgeous and peaceful as this one ;)

  • no pains ?? i will have a water birth instead
