slipknot isnt shit, not the best or anything. I dont know about everyone else but I listen to lp for aggression, and they have some great moments where the metal sound is epic, the songs with too much rap are eh though. Eminem sucks though and I will stand by that, but then again I prefer metal over that rap stuff.

Everyband should haven something to be recognized, in this case the singers. Children of Bodom is known for their very talented guitar and keybord solos. SlipKnot has something from everywhere: good guitars, awesome drums and a good voice. I hope u understand what I mean ;)

@BenetheBene yes in spite of the awesome vocals i talk about the music...for example the music from one step step closer manages to capture the anger the band wants to express and the awesome thing is that you can feel it too..their music isn't complicated at all but that's how they want to express theirselves..and that's why they are so much more successful than both of the bands you have talked about..and linkin park are mostly famous for their atmosferic electronica sounds..
