GT-R Spec V is slower than the LFA...

Nurbugring times for the LFA are 7:24 while the GT-R V Spec is 7:26. Not to say it isn't a great car, but they are completely different class of cars. Listen to drivers comment on the GT-R after a race, they call it soul-less. Cars like Ferrari and Lambo (and now the LFA) offer feelings a GT-R NEVER will. Even the R34 offers more of a feeling than the R35.

LFA is superior... That being said, the reason it is superior is because Lexus avoided no expenses in perfecting it. That is also why none of us will ever be able to afford one. Sure a GT-R can be faster for less money than a stock LFA, but who cares. It could be faster than a Lambo, Ferrari, Aston Martin, etc etc... but at the end of the day, all around, it's still a lesser car... just with a faster engine. I could mod a car to make it faster than a GT-R for less if I really wanted to...

@enemay U don't understand the excellence and engineering behind the LFA. 65% carbon fiber and 35 aluminum chassis. An engine that freely revs to 9500 rpm's and has an exhaust note the was tuned by yamaha to give it that perfect sound. This car has a carbon fiber drive shaft and rear mounted tranaxle. The center of gravity is so low onn this car that u are basically sitting on the floor and right next to the driveshaft. The attention to detail is like no other.

The GTR is nice no doubt, probably my favorite since i am a die hard nissan fan and it too is engineering excellence but the quality of the GTR is like that of your neighbors nissan altima. It noisy, and has the roughest ride ever. IT isn't exactly refined but more og a go fast tool hense the reason why it is called a supercar and not exotic. The Lexus is everything the GTR isn't.

Over 10 years in development, over 200 million dollars, 65 percent carbon fiber, 35 aluminum, an engine that behaves and revs like an f1 engine and so much more. The LFA is an engineers wet dream. Its always easy to say hey i can build a faster car, but can u build a masterpiece? I suggest u do some more research on the LFA. American twinturbo expert version had 320hp and 315 ft tq, and 0-60 in 4.6 seconds and people have to keep in mind that the supra doesnt have AWD or any kind of traction control or assistance best braking for a car of its size too.

I believe the quarter mile record for an Aftermarket Supra is 7 seconds or something like that.

Matter of fact i do, the GTR does a 0-60 faster than your LF-A, it has one of the best times for "the ring" and frankly, it's a lot cheaper than the LF-A. It doesn't stop there, there's still the GTR Spec V. You're probably a toyota fanboy, so I'm going to say this once and only once. The LF-A is a failed replacement of the toyota supra. 10 cylinders at 350k and it fails to beat a V6 at 85k, pretty pathetic no?The only thing the LF-A has over the GTR is looks, although the front looks a bit iffy
