A nice video, but it glitches at 2:52, skipping part of the song. It would be good if you were to correct the glitch and re-submit the video once that is done.

Hi ya Dan. Michael Finnie here. I have just subscribed to your youtube site. You have really excited my interest in pianolas since we have been in contact. Thank you my friend for re lighting the fire of interest. xx MDF.

Ah STAR & STRIPES - love all those trills up and down the keyboard- MAGIC! Dan- l love to see the keys jumping up and down.. its Mezmerizing!.. l want to see your LIPP do the same! :-)
Your Lipp keys dont go up and down when it plays? I hope mine does- as thats what l love about a pianola... if it doesnt, l might have to trade it in :-(
Dont stress! , you can get the weights removed off the rear of the keys , and then they will drop in player mode. When you next get it tuned ask your tuner to do it for you :)
I have this tune on QRS from about the same time, but it's one of those, what I call, "octopus arrangements". Also, I've always felt that the old upright pianos were acoustically superior to the horizontal versions, commonly referred to as "grands". Too bad most people face the back toward a wall. That's like facing good audio speakers toward the wall. Pull that thing away from the wall and listen to it from behind. Early acoustic phonograph records were taken from behind -- you'll see why.
I never tried listening to a piano sitting behind it, but as soon as my space allows me to do so I'll give it a try (my piano is in a very small workshop now where I'm rebuilding the player action)
Hi pianoman1984 , yes at times i do use my Themeing levers and i also have the temponamic knob as well , a rare feature worth its weight in gold for Themeing

I have the Temponamic knob as well, and I like it, even though it doesn't do anything yet...

Hi mate, thnx again for a great recording....
do you ever use the manual controls when playing an 88-note standard roll on your DA?
I'm curious to hear how that turns out.... Can't try on mine yet...
