@aceyorba The medical system does seem to have a powerful grip on peoples ideas about getting well.  It's too bad because the medical community has so much power to spread the message of alternative methods and and of how powerful nutrition is. But there's no money in that. @aceyorba p.s. you might want to check out the Wellness Forum. Maybe your wife might be open to it because It's run by doctors who are careful to not lose their licenses. Some of them are featured in the documentaries "Processed People" and "Forks Over Knives.". In Processed People, two people are featured who reversed their Multiple Sclerosis. I believe the 'Forum' it is in most states. Good luck.
