My last post is true that is the way i did it and another possible way is to do it through the Spellmaking Altars in the Arcane University but you have to have the Chameleon spell and be able to CAST it(that means having enough Magika to use the spell). and it HAS TO BE THE ACTUAL SPELL, NOT A SCROLL!!!

I have done 100%+ Chameleon a different way...Note: This is only possible if you still have Oblivion Gates to close...

1)Be at least 10+

2)Go into a Gate and get all the way to the Sigil Stone.

3)Save in front of it.

4)Grab the Stone and look at it real fast. If it has the Chameleon effect, then let it teleport you out. If not, load your saved file from before you picked it up.

5)Duplicate the Stone until you have enough for enchanting whatever armor you want(not enchanted).

There ya goes!

To become 100% invisible in oblivion all you have to do is enter an oblivion gate reach the sigil stone but save before you take it. Once you save, take the sigil stone and check if the enchantment is 30% chamilion. if its not, reload and keep trying to get it. once you have one duplicate it so you have four of them, then add the enchantment to any individual armor piece you desire to have 120% invisibility. You can take off the armor and wear a different one if you want to become visible.

chupamepoya, you need to buy the spell, chameleon first so you can enchant using it. i bought mine from the mages guild in a city i think it was bravil. but it is definetly available in at least 1 of the mages guild.

do you have 100% + Chamelleon? if you have less you will be detected, it HAVE to be Chamelleon, invisibility does not have the same effect.

Not Invisible, chameleon. And to obtain it, you have to buy any chameleon spell from any of the magic stores on the cities (try imperial).. and they have to be grand soul gem, so the chameleon effect will be enough (you need 4 at 25%)

you have a soulgem in your inventory, use a soul trap spell on enemy, kill enemy before spell wears off (grand souls can be bandits, maraders, guards, innocent civilians, etc)

i did that 2...but i dont use it constantly b/c that would be cheap...just for the thieve's guild and DB quests b/c my high elf, as shmexii as she is, cant sneak for beans -.- u just use the arcane university--or frostcrag spire--enchanting thngy to enchant items urself with the chameleon effect. it makes going through caves sooooo easy... Before u had 2 check every corner and listen 4 the weird music... But now u can just walk past everything. The only thing u have 2 watch out 4 is those dam traps. Also, the game can kinda be less fun. I found out this glitch by myself soon after i started playing the game, and the game hasn't been the same since

Yes you do, but even if you could't, you could just unequip one part of the gear that gives some chamelleon.

problem with killing and stealing anything is you will get a huge Infamy and murder on your stats which will stop you from doing the knights of the nine and other related quests, you will also be on constant bounty for the rest of the game due to your bad stats!

Search all the houses/rooms inside the arcane university (I think its the last one from the door, or go into the archmages room) until you find the altar of enchanting (it appears in the end of this video)

Oh and also, no i don't know how to capture a creature but i do have the Umbra sword (soul trap creature 120 seconds)

All you need to capture a soul is: 1- kill a creature while it is under the soul-trap effect 2- have a empty soul gem (you can check its emptyness by left clicking on it) big enough for the creature's soul in your backpack in the process (while killing the creature)

If you did everything right, a message : Soul captured should appear (if you miss the message, you can always check on your inventory)
