  • I did this on my wii with Wii64 emulator same thing really. This is not fake guys you all suck if you say its fake my cousin did this on my laptop and I just decided to do it on my wii because I was bored :)

  • can u give me the scripts ??

  • Is there a way you can share your script, mostly the Switch part? I've my own MK64 Script, but I don't know how to switch pad modes as you did.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Do you want to share the script with us? :D

  • amazing work. i need a bluetooth dongle... i want to do all this

  • the wiimote connects to the wii wia bluetooth.

then some hackers tried to connect the wiimote to the pc and sucseeded.

he is using GlovePIE scripts to emulate the wiimote.

    easy!

  • no its possible

  • no dude I got it to work. you use the bluetooth.

  • I have originol of that game for the acoutuall n64

  • whoaaa!

  • could i have the script as well i really need one everyone elses are rubbish they dont work

  • can I have the script it looks awesome

  • that looks pretty hard

  • yes the wii remote is off even if it realy looks like you playing it with the wiimote becouse when u take away your hand you can see that it not are any blue light there :(

  • The lights don't have to be on for the Wiimote to be on. I can control the lights with the script. In this script I mapped the buttons to the keyboard and all that stuff, but I didn't think twice about the lights. If you watch my other videos you'll see that I can control which lights turn on. For example, the video I posted where I use the Wiimote as a computer mouse has the lights set up to blink in a pattern

  • where is the scrip ?

  • Faker? I think you're the fake hedgehog around here.

  • Hedgehog? Have you been playing a little too much sonic games recently?

  • you've been sucking my nuts too much recently

  • He was making a joke. <_<

  • A lame joke.

  • That's all up to interpretation; you're the one who was being a presumptuous cock and missing the point.

  • no its real

  • cool. you R good.

now you can practice for mariokart wii.

would it be hard to play zelda with a wii-mote?

  • I can, and have. It's not really that bad. Watch my other videos.

  • Okay I Have It...

  • you SUCK ASS

  • I'll tell you what, you go play a game that you haven't played in years. But, you also have to use a new controller that the game wasn't designed to work with.

Go play Tetris or Mortal Kombat with a DDR Dance pad or something. Then you can come back to me and complain after you beat Shao Kahn

  • Okay first off, a DDR Dance pad is completely different. A N64 controller and a Wii Remote are both types of nintendo controllers where as a DDR Dance pad is a floor mat. Go read a fucking book for once.

I adapted just fine when I purchased Mario Kart 64 from the Wii Shop. You are just asking for comments that say how bad you suck because you do suck with the Wii Remote. Go buy a fucking virtual console controller you dunce.

  • I was using hyperbole.

I have a virtual console controller by the way, but that defeats the purpose of playing with Excite Truck controls. That's something you can't do on the Wii Shop channel. It was for the novelty value, not the practicality.

I'm not trying to show off my skill at Mario Kart, I'm trying to show off a neat little hack with the Wiimote, and what it's capable of.

  • i agree with you iosysred, it can be hard to use the wiimote to play N64 games that were not designed for that kind of tech, so it can be like trying to play a spyro game using one of the dance mat controllers, not impossible, but very, very, hard.

  • wow, youre bad at that. first, drag the banana peel behind you and hit it in to them as they try to pass you. second, dont waste the triple shells, keep them as defense and shoot when you have an enemy in front of you. you can hold a second item while theyre circling you to. also, dont let your own shells hit you. especially twice.

  • Hey, go easy. I did okay considering that was the first time I'd played the game in years, and with an entirely experimental control scheme on top of that.

  • Someone didn't read the video description...

  • -.-

the ppl who says that is fake is gay and are jelous

  • Your faking it. I can tell by how you use the remote while playingg at the same time

  • It's photoshopped. I can tell by the pixels and having seen quite a few shops in my time.

  • aweasome!

  • wow u used an emulator with mario kart 64 on it and used a wii controller well done. (sorry if this sound sarcastic its not ment 2 be)

  • ive noticed on the oot videos and now on this that there seems to be lag time between controller movements such as shaking and turning and the actions being preformed on the screen. does this impair the enjoyment of playing?

  • On this the problem is more with the sensitivity than with the lag. It's just hard to get a feel for how much you should be turning it. Otherwise it's not too bad. The lag is a little worse than with the wii, but it really didn't bother me to much with OoT

  • Script Please

  • hey can i have the scripts for that please

  • Awesome job! It's sort of like a placeholder until MK for the Wii comes out. :)

  • It looks pretty real to me, and you know that the sensor bar can be mimiced using for example two candlelights?

  • U did not pres home u rotated the wiimote backwards u think we are stupid but in retrospect (I no such a big word for u!!) It is actually u

  • lol your so stupid and immature it's funny

  • And hes also a lolcat :D

  • plus when u turned the wiimote u did not turn it was delayed what does that mean? SOMEONE ELSE IS PLAYING DUH!!

  • this is real and stop being a retarded little asshole because you couldnt do this like he did

  • aww im jealous i want to be able to do that lol :(

  • I can pwn you at Mario Kart, period.

  • cool but pretty pointless

  • Your script needs work. It reminds me of the days with Driver for PSX and the PSX driving wheel. It was extremely difficult to control, and overall lame.

  • This is so fake, there is no wireless sensor on top of laptop, all you did was act like your actually playing, but you had a keyboard/mouse adapter plugged in to the back to a usb, and had someone play behind the camera, the directions your going aren't synched to the ones the kart is doing, so therefore this is fake, we aren't stupid. You are, lol :D

  • There's no wireless sensor on top of the Wii either. The sensor bar is only needed for pointing at the Wii, the motion controls work just fine without it. I used a USB Bluetooth dongle to communicate with the Wiimote. The Wiimote sensitivity can be adjusted and hasn't been perfected yet, so my movements aren't perfect. In my other videos outline how this is done very clearly. This video is real.

  • the only stupid person here seforaz is you, it's this magical "new" technology called bluetooth

  • how do you power slide?

  • Hold R Then turn In Any Direction And if you want to stop let go of R

  • Controls:

A button - mapped to the 2 button

B button - mapped to the 1 button

Z button - mapped to the B button

R button - mapped to the A button

Start button - mapped to the + button

C-up button - mapped to the - button

C-right button - mapped to the Home button

Control stick - mapped to the Motion sensing

Control pad - mapped to the... well... to the Control pad.

  • ... T_T' you really don't know anything, *cries* nevermind that.. i just realised how true the saying "You can't argue with an idiot, they will bring you down to their level and beat you." really is... it hurts to read your comments, really, you think you know, but really, you don't... Just go, choke on air, dumbass!

  • THE only purpose the sensor-bar serves is... It tells the Wii-mote just how far away from the screen (TV) it is. That is all! You do NOT have to use the sensor-bar to make use of the motion-sensitivity ESPECIALLY when using it with a PC. Don't talk like a know-it-all if your comments are completely incorrect/unfounded.

  • It has five on each side, grouped together so that the Wiimote recognizes it as two really bright LEDs. That way other light won't interfere as much.

  • How can people say this is fake when someone has already done somthing like this before? If it works for half-life 2 im sure it wouldnt be hard to script for project64

  • The scripting doesn't have to do anything with the controler reponse... WTF?

  • Ok it has 6 light split into 2 different areas, whatever... Im sure you must be very sophisticated ripping apart the sensor bar and finding out how it works... Like knowbody new already lol.

  • how did you get your wii on a laptop

  • Shrink ray.

  • its a rom

  • lol All the sensor has inside it 2 lights, not much

  • this looks rather fake

  • fucking moron

  • Actually, the sensor bar only detects where the wiimote is pointing when the front is pointed at the screen. The wiimote actually has accelerometers inside it to determine when the player tilts it when it's not able to use the IR signal from the sensor bar as a point of reference.

  • fuck u 00kalm

  • He even has a video on how he does it. n00b

  • PLEASE NEVER MAKE ANOTHER COMMENT, EVER... LEARN ABOUT THE SUBJECT BEFORE YOU TALK! WHAT YOU SAID WAS SHIT... You shouldn't consider your self computer-wise if you can't even figure this out... You are pathetic! (and btw, Wiimote is recognised as human interface... again... Wiimote is connected with the likes of bluesoleil, GlovePIE is used to script Wiimote to do certain things LIKE playing a game using the motion-sensitivity.. and the program is used while idiots like you go "fake"

  • 4th: Each button can be programmed to do a task, or they can be binded to a certain key, ie right arrow. The emulator uses the keyboard as the controller... The wiimote is programmed to simulate these keys...

    5th: You're stupid

6th: You can buy USB Bluetooth dongles.. too close to the wall? wtf? and how do you know its old... SHUT UP!

  • 2nd: Again.. The sensor bar IS NOT used for connecting the Wiimote (the sensor bar consists of IR LED's and nothing more) Virtual console doesnt use the wiimote and this thing is played on an EMULATOR of Nintendo 64 using a Mario Kart 64 ROM.

3rd: The slow response time is due to a bad scripting (scripts of how the wiimote will work with the computer/program google GlovePIE)

  • Ok, I'll prove you n00bs how this is true:

1st: The Wii remote uses Bluetooth technology and the sensor bar has nothing to do with the Wii remote EXCEPT tell it where abouts the TV is located at. You connect the Wiimote to a PC using a bluetooth stack like "bluesoleil" as Microsofts own isn't compatible with the wiimote, (you are an idiot... please dont talk about computers ever again)

  • If it is fake (which is not) then explain to me how its fake, and I'll believe its fake.

  • geez you go to wii shop chanel and get it so the wii has it on

  • is this english?

  • Durrr ! i know about the emulators . I have mario cart 64 on my vista pc. The confusing thing is how to connect a wii remote computer wirelesly to run the so called emulator .

  • i used to play this game all the time on nintendo

  • btw youre not really good arent you in this game?

  • dude could you post a video comment with the way you did this?

its awsome...btw wich site you got the rom from

  • It was a joke man. I actually cant believe that MK wold run on the pc . sorry if i disapinted u. never happened.

  • dude...its called a rom and a emulator...

like im playing zelda on my computer...only caus this is with a wii remote its realy hard(i gues) to make...

    but believe me...its possible

  • I know i did with a ps2 controller !!lol. Lamo.

  • wtf how??

caus WIIremote is wireless with bluetooth but ps2 remote isnt, is it?

  • yeh i did a something like that, i managed to play super mario 64 with an xbox 360 controller

  • mate, i believe you, people saying that its fake are obviously idiots

  • how does this works? I have allready downloaded the GlovePIE, but what should i do after i have downloaded it?

  • All the dumbasses that said it's a fake are simply noobs that plays only with consoles. Come back to mum Nintendo :)

  • that was fast....

  • that would be fun

  • Why buy mario kart 64 for the wii if it is already on

the wii,it is the same with a steer -.-

  • ....

someone else could of been playing the game with the gamecube or virtual console contoller while he made it look like he was playing with the wii remote...your gonna need more proof than just your hands playing the game...

  • If you want more proof watch my other videos, look at the video descriptions, and read up on how it's done.

    Sheehs.

  • It's on a laptop you moron.

  • He's using the GlovePIE emulator, which allows you to use the Wii remote (along with other choices like the virtual glove) on Windows. This can be very much like the Wii if you use an emulated game along with GlovePIE. Which he used.

I'm not exactly sure HOW this is done (besides Homemade sensor bars and such) but I've been dwindling around the subject enough to know that he's not bluffing or anything.

  • Man, one its on his laptop two Learn about glove pie and other programs like it. three can you get me a usb to bluetooth:D

  • aight thnx dude

  • how you get it full screen

  • Hitting Esc or Alt+Enter in Project64 switches to full screen.

  • if this guy can do nintedo should also add this feature to vc racing games it would work so well hopefully nintendo will later on.

  • Sweet, man wish I could script ROMS like you.

  • then why is he pressing the buttons

  • because, dummy mcdumbshit, he said the DPAD is used for jumping and A is used to activate your weapons, and the 1 and 2 buttons are for accelerating and breaking. fucking dumbass.

and others are right, it looks terribly unresponsive.

  • Look at his hands when sterring hes hitting the buttons to make it look like hes actually tilting it to work.

  • no is really is tilting it to turn, because if you look at around 2:47 you can see him turning without touching the dpad

  • Oh, and guys, just becuase it's "possible" doesn't mean it's truth, the arguement can go both ways.

  • I know that this is definetly possible. But at points while you are playing, you are not keeping the controller straight at a 90 degree angle, but yet, you are going straight. :\

  • Like I said before, the Wiimote's sensitivity is adjustable. Also, the camera angle might make it hard to tell how I'm holding it.

  • its proberly not calibrated right. i know mine isnt, i have it slightly to the right to get it going straight. it realli doesnt matter as u forget about it and adjust subconsiouly

  • why do people refuse to believe that other people are indeed smarter than them to figure this out before those said people are able to

  • if this isnt fake that that looks really unresponsive

  • dude, that is soo awesome. like the other guy said. its sad that people dont think this is real. i wish i had blue tooth

  • So apparently you're racing in menu mode. You never switched it back to "Race mode".

  • he changed it at 0:47

  • It's sad people don't believe you. They can have all the proof in the world, but no. All you need to do this is a Wii Remote, a PC with bluetooth, Project 64 (or a similar emulator), GlovePIE (a easily downloadable script), a game ROM (easily downloadable). It also requires some skill to do, and time. I have only done this with Zelda.

  • Ok, you Phail.

    That wii-mote isnt even on.

Plus a friend prob. is just contolling it with a wireless game pad and your mimicking.

    Please stop.

  • The script I wrote to map the buttons doesn't tell any of the lights to turn on, hence, they don't. That's why it doesn't appear to be on.

  • You should've made the lights flash awesomly to show people you have the power to control the wiimote. :P

  • you could of at least tried to make it look convincing
