Defective 4Sevens Quark

I purchased a Fenix and a Quark, kept the Fenix. The Fenix doesnt have all the different modes as the Quark but its built better.

is the regular quark a reverse clicky and the tactical a forward clicky?

i'm confused about the two at some critical points. on the tactical can you scroll thru modes without having to go into program mode?

Update? Have you fixed the issue or have you sent it back to 4Sevens for replacement?

Clean the threads and contact points with a Qtip and rubbing alcohol.
