This isn t a conflict, this is an invasion that some jews zionists are doing since 1967, with extreme violence and violating many articles of the Geneva convention, an invasion funded by america.
@micktwomey1982 The song you inquire about sounds like the group Hedningarna (especially when they have the guest jojker (chanter) fellow). Try a song like Graucholoren by them to get an idea. The whole Hippjokk album was wonderful ecletic cd (one of the most surprising finds in music I have stumbled upon).
wow.. great acting. I never saw acting of Arabs like how Arabs act it. I guess it is a logical thing but to see them talking as friends reminds me of me and my friends. And yes, we are Arabs.
some pretty good propaganda. watched the whole thing. I find it interesting that they don't show that there never was a Palastine before World War II, it was the ottomon empire. Oh wait...they dont care about history, just killing jews. Carry on.
FYI, the Ottoman empire only existed until after World War I. So after World War II, there was no such thing as an Ottoman empire... Furthermore, I don't understand what you're trying to say and what the relation is to this movie... Weird..
@flik221 Let me ask you this: Did you watch Ajami? Israeli director if I remember correctly. He portrayed it as BOTH sides kill each other. BOTH sides are doing wrong. it's World War I. Where did u get your facts? Probably out your ass. I don't understand why there have to be assholes who talk shit all the time. Listen man I'm Palestinian and I have lots of jewish friends. Palestinians and ISRAELIS (thats the distinction. There are Jews in the USA fyi) need to fix their problems.
@FJYardley the truth of the America/Iraq war is that the oil was the cause, not the desire to "liberate" The oil will end soon, and Bush owns oil companies which have dealt directly with Osama´s immediate family... Saddam was an idiot monster, but electricity, water etc. existed during his tyrannical reign which ended when he was removed...
Arabs invented the WHEEL, geo. astro, soap, WRITING etc. so the fact that you are denying that many arabs are intelligent, is delusional
I'm from Vietnam. People under occupation have a right to fight. My people fought off the French and Americans. I hate Israel with great passion. They don't want peace. They could agree to two state solution anytime. They have a plan to break the Palestinians and they're sticking to it with the USA behind them. I hate them so much. I won't shake the hand of any Jew who supports Israel. I once believed Jews were victims because of holocaust. Now I understand they're bullies.
@cornelius386 It the "palestinians" that've have been offered a state five times and they refused a state 5 times. And please with your anti semitic bullshit. Why do you learn about the conflict instead talking shit based on a couple of youtube videos
@kleymannie The way you use Palestinians in quotes as if there hasn't been a single direct line of people from Rafah to Ashdod since the Philistine states coupled with the fact you think anti-Semitic exclusively means anti-Jewish much less anti-Zionist shows that you are the one with the infantile understanding of the conflict. Yes, Abbas made a mistake in rejection the territorial offers by Olmert in 2007, but Israeli are still against international law. Israel annexes Lebensraum like the Nazis
@Mutakaliim The philistines were from Crete and historically left the area. Arabs didnt move into the area until the 7th century, so whatever unbroken line you're talking about doesnt make sense. Second until 1968 "Palestinian" always refered the the former JEWISH province. Anti-semitic was used in Europe to describe anti jewish sentiments and that's why the term has stuck-you need to read more. And please with the NAzi bullshit,
@kleymannie The Philistines had been in Palestine since the advent of writing. Pretending a people doesn't exist doesn't make it so. And "Arab" is not a true race, it's like saying "white people" because Arab loops together a bunch of similar ethnic groups. The Arabs in Tunisia are different from the Arab in Lebanon. The former Jewish province as you claim it was called has been called Syria-Palestine since the Romans, and divided up into municipal magistrates by the Ottomans.
@Mutakaliim You cant erase the fact that the philistines are not palestinian arabs. They were hellinistic people. How exactly did Arabs get to be in tunisia, etc. Those countries became "Arabized" only after the spread of Islam. You cant erase JEwish history or our claim to that land, sorry. And that area only became known as Southern Syria a very long time after the fall of the Roman empire. Besides that does not change the fact that Palestine and Palestinian refers properly to a jewish area.
@kleymannie Philistines were not truly hellenic. They were mixed in with Hittites and tribal Syrians. Just like I was saying before Arab is not a real race. The word has little ethnic value. The "Arabs" in Tunisia are mixed with blood from the Tauregs and the other Magrebi tribes, so trying to pin down genetic markers, much less a single name isn't going to work. That area was called Syria-Palestine on Roman maps so check that shit out sometime. It was called Sarakonai before that.
@Mutakaliim The philistines were not palestinian arabs, period. They were not the same people nor do they have any real relationship culturally or ethnically. Sarakona or Karkoma was the name they called themselves and there original name for their homeland. They were the same sea peoples who later fought Egypt. Why are you trying to link "palestinians" to a group who came after the Hebrews, occupied a small area of Canaan/ Judea and then left?
@kleymannie And the Jews have no claim to that land other than some 20th century mass showing of white guilt that gave them Israel in the first place. The Christian world only supported it because Evangelicals think Jews are cannon fodder for Armageddon. Talk to me when the Israeli president isn't descended from fucking Poland or something. When I like at a generic Nazi officer and Moshe Dayan side by side I see virtually no difference, although modern Israel is more like South Africa c. 1980's.
@Mutakaliim Wrong, THE UN put it best when they aid the Jews deserve their own homeland and have a unique claim to the area in 1917, the 1920's, 30's and the partion plan vote in '47. So that Holocuast guilt thing really doesnt work , and neither does that "they're not really jews" line. The Jewish state was being creating and planned before WWI even ended
@kleymannie True, but they rescinded it because of pressure from the country i live in. USA. If the US didn't have Israel's back, Israel wouldn't exist. I mean I agree that the suicide bombers are fucking idiots. But Israel are killing women and children in a GHETTO. You remember ghettos don't you? The ones the germans put you guys through? Yeah why are you doing the same to the Palestinians? What the fuck did we do to you? I am very sorry for the Holocaust. But the Palestinians didn't do it...
@kleymannie Are you black and Jewish? I think most Israelis, at least half, would be quite hostile to that idea. Israel is a country prime for racism and supremacism. They'll eventually be forced by the growing Arab birth rate to decide if they are a Jewish state or a democratic one. Remember what happened to Yatzhik Rabin? That climate is back again and the right wing Israelis are ready to unleash that hate. Go to a settlement and try to morally justify the level of vitriol.
@Mutakaliim Wrong again, there's a lot of black Jews in Israel. And the Jewish birth rate is going to exceed the Arab one in 15 years. Arabs at the max will never account for more than 25% or Israel and Jews never less than 71%, according to CBS (Israeli) stats. Sorry. I would love to visit a settlement. MY guess is you've never been to a settlement you just watch videos on youtube lol. And BTW what similarities does Israel have with South Africa at all, other than you dont like either?
@Mutakaliim Finally we get to it for real. Let it all out, that bigotry and hatred. Now you dont have to worry about that pretend anti-racist, pro human rights bullshit you were perpetrating b4. LOser
@kleymannie Emphasis on the psuedo. 90% of the world hates Israel. Israel only exists because it's clung to the American titty for so long. It's easier to just to troll and enrage you than it is to try to convince you how you're rooting for right wing evil. Fucking evil. You're rooting for a country, leaders of whom wants to implement biblical sanctioned genocide and annexation, and the VAST majority of them don't even consider you a real Jew.
@Mutakaliim "Emphasis on the psuedo"? HAHAHA now you're trying to backtrack and filibuster because you just revealed urself to be a hateful anti-semite. And stop making shit up. And other Jews white, black, Mizrahi etc. love me. LOLOLOL
@kleymannie And the Nazi stuff is sad but true. The right wing in Israel uses the holocaust as the jumping off point for all their little excursions. Israel has a victim complex where even while committing war crimes like moving settlers into an internationally recognized occupied territory, or using WP as an anti-personnel weapon in Gaza they excuse their actions with some harken back to the holocaust.
@kleymannie What their doing is annexing Lebensraum. "Natural growth" is the Israeli lebensraum. The Israeli occupation is the first time these anti-annexation laws have been tested in international law since the Nuremberg trials. How's that for sad truth? How about members of the Knesset standing up calling for a "shoah" on the Arabs or for them to be wiped out "like Amalek". Israel is a dangerous ass country for Christians to want to use as some cannon fodder for Armageddon.
@kleymannie IT was the first Palestinian ARab leader who met with Hitler, lived in NAzi Germany, planned to extend the holocuast to ME/NA jews and made speeches from Nazi radio , so learn your facts.
To the asshats below ... go blow yourselves up. Jews, Muslims, Atheists, Christians.
The world would be better without you douche-bags anyway, seriously can you not watch a film without trying to be political or righteous. Just shut the fuck up-- you're all stupid.
@FJYardley Fine, believe the propaganda of Arabs all being terrorists. The average arabs that I have met are all doctors, lawyers etc. aka. smart Dont presume to know "generally"
The western world HAS taken action (America/Iraq war) as the self proclaimed liberators.
Do you know that some Jewish women cover up ther hair as a sign of modesty? Did you know that most muslim women CHOOSE to cover up?
'Shock of all shocks I dont cover up my hair' - sarcasm at your illusioned intelligence
@drbable1 Actually - and I rarely speak for Muslims - but they do not have to cover in hijab. Many observant Muslims chose to not wear hijab as many Jewish women chose not to wear their hair coverings even though your texts (including Christians) are strongly urged to be modest in their dress.
@drbable1 That is not true. I am a muslim, and we do have a choice whether we wear the hijab or not. Like other religions, you can not force a person to do anything that's against their will. And I have many jewish female friends, and they have told me that yes, when they marry they are supposed to cover their hair, and it is a form of modesty to God and so that no other man may approch them for marriage.
in my opinion , he is saying the truth , at the same time I believe that not all israelis are bad , but this movie Focuses on a those few good people in israel.lets pray for all people whos suffering in this world , this all what we can do right now . have a nice day
I will translate to you sir , he is saying that this movie do not reflect the reality , it didnt show how Israelis attack palestinians in real life , only in the scene when the solider check out the hand bag for a women , but in reality palestians suffer from inspection every day , becouse israelis use dogs and some inspection equipment that harm the body or cause cancer .
That doesn't mean that everybody in Palestine becomes a martyr, of course. Khaled began very gung-ho about the mission, and over the course of the film switches his position entirely. Said\ knew he would be considered a traitor if he didn't do it, partly because his father was a collaborator. Suha convinces Khaled that suicide bombing only gives Israel an alibi to show the world that they are the victim, while they are really the oppressor. Their different individual resolutions are the point.
What's most apparent about this film is how it achieves total realism. No score, no soundtrack, cameras almost always at eye level, everything to put us in their situation, which is the point. He does not advocate terrorism, but rather shows why martyrs decide to commit suicide. The whole film depicts not only characters, but their environment, which is that of a crowded, oppressive, tense lifestyle. That is why we begin with the checkpoint--to show what Palestine can be like, and its results.
@FJYardley that is definitly not true. It depends on where said arab was raised and what that arabs parents taught him. Take me for e.g. My parents are very liberal iraqis
that let me go out, party. I go to a private school, I am learning how to drive.
I have taken holidays. Shock of all shocks I dont cover up my hair.
Same thing for all my cousins. Dont generalise for everyone
HAHA Israeli soldiers don't go around breaking into houses and asking people to decide which leg they'll break. Wow. I haven't seen the rest yet but I really hope this isn't going to end up somehow justifying blowing yourself up in a crowded area with the intention to kill all men women and children in the vicinity.
@pshapiro1029 The truth is that terrorism is so incredibly wrong.
And Ill admit that what happened to the Jewish in the holocaust was Horrible, but that does NOT give the israelis the right to occupy palestine.
This isnt justifying anything. It is HUMANIZING the suicide bombers.
No conflict would have existed had the Israelis complied with the UN legislation. Maybe fights due to religion, but not this massacre of people from both sides.
(Im not Palestinian or Israeli, nor Jewish or Muslim)
@sidibill you can use google translate though it's not fantastic with arabic. When you're copying remember arabic runs right to left - you need to run your cursor that way.
Thank you So Much for up loading this in the Oreginal toung with English Sub Titles, I tried to watch it via Netflix and it was Dubbed, BADLY! So I Stopped watching, made me nuts, so thanks!
Diseases like Cancer not Aseatan, well aseratan is cancer in arabic! , aynway yea it doesnt show aynthing about checkpoints, i wish checkpoints are like that! now they are almost like an airports with high technologies
you all have a point.....Palestinians sometimes think they are the only real Muslims..Turkey is a country that is 98% Muslim....i would say less the half that percent wears scarf, but that don't doesn't make them any less of a Muslim than you....Don't forget who passes judgment in Islam.....none of us have that right only Allah...and yes maybe they don't follow the book the right way...thats their freedom of will whether right or wrong, you still don't have the right to judge
FYI ana fulistine, ana min Ramallah. My cousin went back home and didn't wear a head scarf and got whistled at and cat called. So yes, you should wear one out of respect
" These two things, science and the ascetic ideal - they really stand on a single foundation - Ive just clarified the point - namely, on the same overvaluing of the truth (or more correctly, on the same faith in the inestimable value of the truth, which is beyond criticism). In that very claim they are necessarily allies - so that, if someone is going to fight against them, he can only fight them together and place them both in question. ..."
"... An appraisal of the value of the ascetic ideal unavoidably also involves an appraisal of the value of science; while theres still time people should to keep their eyes open for that, their ears alert! (As for art - let me offer a preliminary remark, for Ill be coming back to it at some point or other at greater length - the very art in which the lie sanctifies itself and the will to deceive has good conscience on its side is much more fundamentally opposed to ..."
"... the ascetic ideal than is science: thats what Platos instinct experienced - the greatest enemy of art which Europe has produced up to this point. Plato versus Homer: thats the entire, the true antagonism - on one side, the beyond of the best will, the great slanderer of life; on the other side, lifes unintentional worshipper, the golden nature."
- So the Ascetic Ideal holds no power over me, there is no avail of trying to use it against me...
This is one of the most powerful movies I've seen. Coming from a Jewish family, there are points I agree with and disagree with. But one thing holds true about the movie as a whole: it absolutely depicts the utter frustration of the enitre situation. I hope more people will be able to see films like this one so that the discussion continues.

What is this? A wimpy anti-Semite propaganda flick referring to the timeless masterwork Apocalypse Now? The whining wimps in this so-called movie cannot cope with Colonel Kurtz: "We must kill them. We must incinerate them. Pig after pig, cow after cow, village after village, army after army. And they call me an assasin. What do you call it when the assasins accuse the assasin ? They lie.. they lie and we have to be merciful for those who lie. Those nabobs. I hate them. How I hate them..."

anti-semite? arabs are semites too, no? pretty sure this is an anti- inhumane, self-serving, sympathy card-playing, inventors of all things propaganda/ evil terrorist nation flick...if you're going to have an opinion, be objective and make it count...don't be so predictable...and don't rationalize crimes because its easier than acknowledging the REAL victims in this situation
@justforwatchingcraps: Well, it maybe quite a shock but: One can obviously anti-Semite and be a Semite, too; at least it works like that in the Mohammedan world ever since the Camel Merchant Cult prevailed, though it maybe today less religious and more political because the Jews reclaimed their state some decades ago and caused great fury about this. Anyway: I do not much care for the said conflict due to media overdose and was merely complaining about the analogy to Apocalypse Now.
@GreatGrumbledook: you're rite, that is a shock. kinda like saying a black republican is anti-black for not agreeing with a black democrat. that is what you are saying isn't it? you're judging one of two groups with the same ethnic roots because of an ideological difference. but yea...if i were a "mohammeden" i would hate the Greedy-Conniving-Hypocrite-Terrorist-Hebrew-Banker Cult as well. for their self serving ideology, obviously, not their ethnicity.
@justforwatchingcraps: I do not like New Speak of any kind, so please use the proper words and not political inventions; the fact remains that any hatred against Jews because they are Jews is classified as anti-Semitism (at least here in Europe, as I cannot tell for the rest of the world).
New Speak? Political inventions? please use words that properly and universally communicate your thoughts so that your references are clear (not esoteric references to hide your intellectual insecurity.)
The only "fact" is that words often have objective definitions that any intelligent truth-seeker can learn for themselves rather than being brainwashed by a propagandist's schemes to protect itself in the hearts of the ignorant through misnomers.
@justforwatchingcraps: Nay! Just read 1984 by George Orwell to learn about New Speak; New Speak serves as a tool to drown common sense in a pool of stupidity, by using meaningless words like racism or the black speech of the Camel Merchant Cult.
hah, nay?? how about reading something other than fiction and poetry: things that conveniently dismantle your intellect, brainwashing and aligning your thoughts with whoever can string together the most beautiful sequences of words. poetry drowns truth and common sense, not "new speak." so conveniently "racism" is "new speak," yet "anti-semitism" is valid. the "black speech of the camel merchant cult"?? thank God no common sense was lost on that statement, right? haha.
also because their ideology told them it was ok to displace a nation because their book said the land belongs to them.
Anyway: nobody in the real world cares about Apocalypse Now because of an overdose of praise/borderline worship of it by Americans too doped up in their own culture to see a world bigger than a movie screen.
@justforwatchingcraps: No. You are completely wrong: Almost everybody wants to be and act like Col. Kurtz does in Apocalypse Now (sorry if you do not have that desire) and there is no avail in denying that this movie title steals from that great movie. Anyway: The Jews had been kicked out by the Romans from their country in the 2nd century and it is not their fault if the Arabs did drive the Romans in the meantime...
please, wake up. there are people far more interesting in reality that people want to be like that say, do, and are moved by real things in this great big world. not all of them are european or american, and none of them are only pretending in front of a camera.
The arabs drove the romans to displace the jews? in what movie did you see that? haha. in what movie did you see the wandering arab tribes move this superpower to do anything?
@justforwatchingcraps: Would please face the reality of life yourself? To quote Apocalypse Now: "In this war, things get confused out there, power, ideals, the old morality, and practical military necessity. Out there with these natives it must be a temptation to be god. Because there's a conflict in every human heart between the rational and the irrational, between good and evil. The good does not always triumph." - wimps like you would no thing that this happens only in cinema...
@justforwatchingcraps: But history tells quie a different story, just look at Jeanne, the Maid of Orleans: "... to the end that she should be denounced and declared by you her said judges as a witch, enchantress, false prophet, a caller-up of evil spirits, as superstitious, implicated in and given to magic arts, thinking evil in our Catholic faith, schismatic in the article Unam Sanctam, etc., and in many other articles of our faith skeptic and devious, sacrilegious, idolatrous ..."
"... apostate of the faith, accursed and working evil, blasphemous towards God and His saints, scandalous, seditious, perturbing and obstructing the peace, inciting to war, cruelly thirsting for human blood, encouraging it to be shed, having utterly and shamelessly abandoned the modesty befitting her sex, and indecently put on the ill-fitting dress and state of men-at-arms; and for that and other things abominable to God and man, contrary to laws both divine and natural, ..."
"... and to ecclesiastical discipline, misleading princes and people; having to the scorn of God permitted and allowed herself to be adored and venerated" - so much for that and the fact remains that the Saracen minions of the Camel Merchant Cult took Jerusalem in the 7th century from the (east) Roman Empire and even lifted the ban for the Jews to enter the city of Jerusalem; and their offspring reaped the harvest for this some decades ago. The Jews always said that they will return...
i don't understand why you insist on offering thoughts as if they were based in any sort of logic or truth. again, poetry is not truth. clearly, you have no mind left to think for yourself, all your thoughts are just the thoughts of someone more poetic than you who manipulates you with his eloquence.
@justforwatchingcraps: Am I a merchant or pedlar that I offer things to anyone or even the likes of you? All I do here is to state and defend my humble opinion against the (mostly religious) stupidities you bring up? So where is my offer here? And to counter your foolish cult of truth I will (of course) quote Nietzsche, the one philosopher I would like to be manipulated anytime (save his opinion about women, out of my selfishness):
"history tells quite a different story," and what on earth did we learn about history from that excerpt except that the mercy of this "camel merchant cult" is met with Hebrew Banker Cult schemes? don't worry about what the offspring of the "camel merchant cult" reaps, soon enough everyone will be informed of what they did and no one will escape their fate. Pay attention to what the offspring of the romans and the propagandist hebrew cult reap...
@justforwatchingcraps: What is this nonsence about mercy? The Camel Merchant Cult and its minions have to be defied by the mortal fortune of the field, like Charles Martell did in 732 AD, and not medicates by mercy; Christianity may be the religion of European civilization for some time but Queen Isabella did not cleanse fair Spain from the Camel Merchant Cult and its minions by showing them Christian love! Though Christian religion is of course a stain of honour for (once) warlike Europe...
clearly it doesn't happen only in cinema, reality has offered us more than apocalypse now ever has. the Scheming Self-serving Propagandist Cult was given a state where there already was one, clearly good does not always triumph.
@justforwatchingcraps: I never heard about a cult, which was awarded with a state? So what are you talking about? If you referring to the Jews so they did conquer their second state by their own and claim that their ridiculous god, Jehovah (whose name must not be spoken under pain of death: Jehovah! Jehovah! Jehovah...), did give them their first state but as their religious books still show: Even then they had to conquer the country themselves and not host of angels did the dirty work for them.
more importantly, what relevance do events in the 2nd century have on a generation so far removed that their only motivation came from their evil, brainwashing cult leaders. as opposed to the motivations of palestinians under occupation forced to live in the basement of the land they called home for generations?
This movie title may reference a movie to demonstrate the things some only see in movies are being experienced by others around the world, first hand. this movie is about reality, not an unnaturally poetic dramatization of reality to distance the common man from things like war.
@GreatGrumbledook Apocalypse Now showed, just as much as Paradise Now, how people are altered by their environment. Kurtz was transformed by a dark, bestial place into an unthinking animal. You'd know that if you read Heart of Darkness, which it was based on. This film shows that people in a harsh, repressed environment will try to improve their situation. Paradise is a vision of a free, unoppressed life. But some are impatient for Paradise, and give their life to make it come for their world.
@OneMorePelican: I think you are mistaken about a great many things here; or would you call someone who asks such questions as Kurtz does unthinking animal?
Kurtz: I expected someone like you. What did you expect? Are you an assassin?
Willard: I'm a soldier.
Kurtz: You're neither. You're an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill.
No? So while in Apocalypse Now matters like real freedom or the essence of Good & Evil are touched you see none of that here.
@GreatGrumbledook What I disagree with is calling it anti-semititc. The film is anti-zionist. Anti-zionism isn't hating Jews, it's hating the illegal colonization of the Palestinian homeland. When talking about Apocalypse Now the parallel fades. The only similarity is how people are changed by their environment (Palestine/Vietnam, each improperly occupied), and become impatient in seeking a goal (Paradise/Apocalypse). Also, Kurtz was insane in his soul, not his mind (as Dennis Hopper says).
@OneMorePelican: Stop that nonsense! This distinction between Jewish nationalism and Jewry itself is a sophistry, devised for the Western public; there would not be made that much a fuss of this Levant nonsense, if the Jews were not involved; the people would care as little as they do about conflicts in Latin America, Africa or Asia; so insignificant is the Jewish Reconquista; the fuss is only explainable with Anti-Semitism, as boredom is right out, else the Sudan would receive attention, too.
@OneMorePelican: While there could be no greater difference between the American war in Vietnam and the Jewish Reconquista; the Jews retook their ancestral home land after being expulsed by the Romans, for being too naughty and troublesome; but the Americans fought Vietnam to back the Southern regime against the Communist rulers of the North, in order to prevent the expansion of Communism and to create a vassal state in the vicinity of China; besides maybe some commercial interests.
@GreatGrumbledook I'm referring to the fact that not all Jews support the state of Israel's actions. There was minimal conflict between Jews and Muslims before the creation of the state of Israel. Anti-semitism is hating Jews only because they're Jewish. Anti-Zionism is hating the colonist behavior of Israel. See I'm in America so I'm unsure what the press's attitude toward the conflict is elsewhere, but here every network depicts all Palestinians as mindless zealots and vigilant terrorists.
@GreatGrumbledook Each is about the interests of native people against an encroaching foreign power. I don't deny the Jewish people also have a right to the land: But so do Palestinians, and by demolishing houses, illegally colonizing land, setting up fences and forcing the Palestinians to live as second-class citizens, Israel is ignoring that it is also the ancestral homeland of Palestine. The better parallel is: Native Americans->American Colonists->Britain as Palestine->Israel->America
@OneMorePelican: Well, I think the parallel is rather unfitting, not only by seize but by all circumstances; but we must define the terms before any further discussion: What do you mean when you say Palestine? The entire region or the currently occupied and autonomous territories usually called so in the media? As for the Saracens, when they speak of Palestine, they mean the whole country; and so do many Jews consider the whole area, especially the west bank of the Jordan as Israel...
@OneMorePelican: Besides: Imagine yourself being a Jew, being discriminated and persecuted for thousand years and then having finally a state created for the Jews, what would you answer if some Jews run mad because they thing that their tin-god Jehovah has forbidden the Jews to have a state again before the coming of the salvation figure from the Jewish fairy tales? And you cannot deny that many Jew haters attack Israel just because it is Jewish; while the media is upside down here in Europe.
@OneMorePelican: Though there may be also genuine peace mongers and cosmopolites involved, but then again: Ever since Monsieur Gandhi told the Jews to use non violent resistance methods against Monsieur Adolf Hitler and his Gestapo lackeys I think the attitude of the Jews towards such folk is not a very positive one at all; and I had to see a stupid modern play about a certain Rachel Something, who got herself ran over by a Jewish bulldozer and I think there was peace mongering involved...
omg this is one of the most beatiful movies ive ever seen omg u bitch whore slut ur probably fat and u dnt even know 5+5!! bitch slut whore prostitute!

Why do you learn about the conflict instead talking shit based on a couple of youtube videos
kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie The way you use Palestinians in quotes as if there hasn't been a single direct line of people from Rafah to Ashdod since the Philistine states coupled with the fact you think anti-Semitic exclusively means anti-Jewish much less anti-Zionist shows that you are the one with the infantile understanding of the conflict. Yes, Abbas made a mistake in rejection the territorial offers by Olmert in 2007, but Israeli are still against international law. Israel annexes Lebensraum like the Nazis
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@Mutakaliim The philistines were from Crete and historically left the area. Arabs didnt move into the area until the 7th century, so whatever unbroken line you're talking about doesnt make sense. Second until 1968 "Palestinian" always refered the the former JEWISH province. Anti-semitic was used in Europe to describe anti jewish sentiments and that's why the term has stuck-you need to read more. And please with the NAzi bullshit,
kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie The Philistines had been in Palestine since the advent of writing. Pretending a people doesn't exist doesn't make it so. And "Arab" is not a true race, it's like saying "white people" because Arab loops together a bunch of similar ethnic groups. The Arabs in Tunisia are different from the Arab in Lebanon. The former Jewish province as you claim it was called has been called Syria-Palestine since the Romans, and divided up into municipal magistrates by the Ottomans.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@Mutakaliim You cant erase the fact that the philistines are not palestinian arabs. They were hellinistic people. How exactly did Arabs get to be in tunisia, etc. Those countries became "Arabized" only after the spread of Islam. You cant erase JEwish history or our claim to that land, sorry. And that area only became known as Southern Syria a very long time after the fall of the Roman empire. Besides that does not change the fact that Palestine and Palestinian refers properly to a jewish area.
kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie Philistines were not truly hellenic. They were mixed in with Hittites and tribal Syrians. Just like I was saying before Arab is not a real race. The word has little ethnic value. The "Arabs" in Tunisia are mixed with blood from the Tauregs and the other Magrebi tribes, so trying to pin down genetic markers, much less a single name isn't going to work. That area was called Syria-Palestine on Roman maps so check that shit out sometime. It was called Sarakonai before that.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@Mutakaliim The philistines were not palestinian arabs, period. They were not the same people nor do they have any real relationship culturally or ethnically. Sarakona or Karkoma was the name they called themselves and there original name for their homeland. They were the same sea peoples who later fought Egypt. Why are you trying to link "palestinians" to a group who came after the Hebrews, occupied a small area of Canaan/ Judea and then left?
kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie And the Jews have no claim to that land other than some 20th century mass showing of white guilt that gave them Israel in the first place. The Christian world only supported it because Evangelicals think Jews are cannon fodder for Armageddon. Talk to me when the Israeli president isn't descended from fucking Poland or something. When I like at a generic Nazi officer and Moshe Dayan side by side I see virtually no difference, although modern Israel is more like South Africa c. 1980's.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@Mutakaliim Wrong, THE UN put it best when they aid the Jews deserve their own homeland and have a unique claim to the area in 1917, the 1920's, 30's and the partion plan vote in '47. So that Holocuast guilt thing really doesnt work , and neither does that "they're not really jews" line. The Jewish state was being creating and planned before WWI even ended
kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie The UN declared zionism was racism. Suck it.

kleymannie 10 months ago
@kleymannie True, but they rescinded it because of pressure from the country i live in. USA. If the US didn't have Israel's back, Israel wouldn't exist. I mean I agree that the suicide bombers are fucking idiots. But Israel are killing women and children in a GHETTO. You remember ghettos don't you? The ones the germans put you guys through? Yeah why are you doing the same to the Palestinians? What the fuck did we do to you? I am very sorry for the Holocaust. But the Palestinians didn't do it...
ahmad312 10 months ago
@kleymannie Are you black and Jewish? I think most Israelis, at least half, would be quite hostile to that idea. Israel is a country prime for racism and supremacism. They'll eventually be forced by the growing Arab birth rate to decide if they are a Jewish state or a democratic one. Remember what happened to Yatzhik Rabin? That climate is back again and the right wing Israelis are ready to unleash that hate. Go to a settlement and try to morally justify the level of vitriol.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@Mutakaliim Wrong again, there's a lot of black Jews in Israel. And the Jewish birth rate is going to exceed the Arab one in 15 years. Arabs at the max will never account for more than 25% or Israel and Jews never less than 71%, according to CBS (Israeli) stats. Sorry. I would love to visit a settlement. MY guess is you've never been to a settlement you just watch videos on youtube lol. And BTW what similarities does Israel have with South Africa at all, other than you dont like either?

@kleymannie Emphasis on the psuedo. 90% of the world hates Israel. Israel only exists because it's clung to the American titty for so long. It's easier to just to troll and enrage you than it is to try to convince you how you're rooting for right wing evil. Fucking evil. You're rooting for a country, leaders of whom wants to implement biblical sanctioned genocide and annexation, and the VAST majority of them don't even consider you a real Jew.

kleymannie 1 year ago
@kleymannie You're not Semitic. You're Hametic.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@kleymannie And the Nazi stuff is sad but true. The right wing in Israel uses the holocaust as the jumping off point for all their little excursions. Israel has a victim complex where even while committing war crimes like moving settlers into an internationally recognized occupied territory, or using WP as an anti-personnel weapon in Gaza they excuse their actions with some harken back to the holocaust.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago
@kleymannie What their doing is annexing Lebensraum. "Natural growth" is the Israeli lebensraum. The Israeli occupation is the first time these anti-annexation laws have been tested in international law since the Nuremberg trials. How's that for sad truth? How about members of the Knesset standing up calling for a "shoah" on the Arabs or for them to be wiped out "like Amalek". Israel is a dangerous ass country for Christians to want to use as some cannon fodder for Armageddon.
Mutakaliim 1 year ago

WRONG! the some jewish women you are talking about only cover's theur hair when they are married, not out of modesty.
and muslim woman don't have nothing to choose, they must
drbable1 1 year ago
@drbable1 Actually - and I rarely speak for Muslims - but they do not have to cover in hijab. Many observant Muslims chose to not wear hijab as many Jewish women chose not to wear their hair coverings even though your texts (including Christians) are strongly urged to be modest in their dress.
ScarlettClaire24 1 year ago
@drbable1 That is not true. I am a muslim, and we do have a choice whether we wear the hijab or not. Like other religions, you can not force a person to do anything that's against their will. And I have many jewish female friends, and they have told me that yes, when they marry they are supposed to cover their hair, and it is a form of modesty to God and so that no other man may approch them for marriage.

OneMorePelican 1 year ago

Shock of all shocks I dont cover up my hair.

ballahallashalla 1 year ago
@sidibill i thought i should translate that for u
" this film does not reflect complete reality
how come we didn't see any Israeli soldiers attacks except in one silly scene where on of them searched a girl's bag ..
when the reality is the Palestinians are searched using police dogs and devices that would cause serious disease as cancer !"
P.S: i didn't watch the film yet but i thought i should help

MissShD91 1 year ago
this is a translation for what Mr. "palastinearmy" said: The movie does not reflect the reality as it is.
we did not see the zionist soldiers's aggression but in one view when a soldier searched a girl's bag.
while in reality the palistinians is searched by police dogs and equipment that cause dangerous illnesses such as cancer !
from my point of view , what he said is true you should not be decieved by the media and you have to have a critical mind.
sufyancrazy 1 year ago 2
HAHA Israeli soldiers don't go around breaking into houses and asking people to decide which leg they'll break. Wow. I haven't seen the rest yet but I really hope this isn't going to end up somehow justifying blowing yourself up in a crowded area with the intention to kill all men women and children in the vicinity.
pshapiro1029 1 year ago
@pshapiro1029 The truth is that terrorism is so incredibly wrong.
And Ill admit that what happened to the Jewish in the holocaust was Horrible, but that does NOT give the israelis the right to occupy palestine.
This isnt justifying anything. It is HUMANIZING the suicide bombers.
No conflict would have existed had the Israelis complied with the UN legislation. Maybe fights due to religion, but not this massacre of people from both sides.

" These two things, science and the ascetic ideal - they really stand on a single foundation - Ive just clarified the point - namely, on the same overvaluing of the truth (or more correctly, on the same faith in the inestimable value of the truth, which is beyond criticism). In that very claim they are necessarily allies - so that, if someone is going to fight against them, he can only fight them together and place them both in question. ..."

What do you call it when the assasins accuse the assasin ? anti-semite? arabs are semites too, no? pretty sure this is an anti- inhumane, self-serving, sympathy card-playing, inventors of all things propaganda/ evil terrorist nation flick...if you're going to have an opinion, be objective and make it count...don't be so predictable...and don't rationalize crimes because its easier than acknowledging the REAL victims in this situation
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: Well, it maybe quite a shock but: One can obviously anti-Semite and be a Semite, too; at least it works like that in the Mohammedan world ever since the Camel Merchant Cult prevailed, though it maybe today less religious and more political because the Jews reclaimed their state some decades ago and caused great fury about this. Anyway: I do not much care for the said conflict due to media overdose and was merely complaining about the analogy to Apocalypse Now.
GreatGrumbledook 2 years ago
@GreatGrumbledook: you're rite, that is a shock. kinda like saying a black republican is anti-black for not agreeing with a black democrat. that is what you are saying isn't it? you're judging one of two groups with the same ethnic roots because of an ideological difference. but yea...if i were a "mohammeden" i would hate the Greedy-Conniving-Hypocrite-Terrorist-Hebrew-Banker Cult as well. for their self serving ideology, obviously, not their ethnicity.
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: I do not like New Speak of any kind, so please use the proper words and not political inventions; the fact remains that any hatred against Jews because they are Jews is classified as anti-Semitism (at least here in Europe, as I cannot tell for the rest of the world).
GreatGrumbledook 2 years ago
New Speak? Political inventions? please use words that properly and universally communicate your thoughts so that your references are clear (not esoteric references to hide your intellectual insecurity.)
The only "fact" is that words often have objective definitions that any intelligent truth-seeker can learn for themselves rather than being brainwashed by a propagandist's schemes to protect itself in the hearts of the ignorant through misnomers.
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: Nay! Just read 1984 by George Orwell to learn about New Speak; New Speak serves as a tool to drown common sense in a pool of stupidity, by using meaningless words like racism or the black speech of the Camel Merchant Cult.
GreatGrumbledook 2 years ago
hah, nay?? how about reading something other than fiction and poetry: things that conveniently dismantle your intellect, brainwashing and aligning your thoughts with whoever can string together the most beautiful sequences of words. poetry drowns truth and common sense, not "new speak." so conveniently "racism" is "new speak," yet "anti-semitism" is valid. the "black speech of the camel merchant cult"?? thank God no common sense was lost on that statement, right? haha.
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago 2
also because their ideology told them it was ok to displace a nation because their book said the land belongs to them.
Anyway: nobody in the real world cares about Apocalypse Now because of an overdose of praise/borderline worship of it by Americans too doped up in their own culture to see a world bigger than a movie screen.
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: No. You are completely wrong: Almost everybody wants to be and act like Col. Kurtz does in Apocalypse Now (sorry if you do not have that desire) and there is no avail in denying that this movie title steals from that great movie. Anyway: The Jews had been kicked out by the Romans from their country in the 2nd century and it is not their fault if the Arabs did drive the Romans in the meantime...
GreatGrumbledook 2 years ago
"Almost everbody wants to be like Col. Kurtz"
please, wake up. there are people far more interesting in reality that people want to be like that say, do, and are moved by real things in this great big world. not all of them are european or american, and none of them are only pretending in front of a camera.
The arabs drove the romans to displace the jews? in what movie did you see that? haha. in what movie did you see the wandering arab tribes move this superpower to do anything?
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago

The good does not always triumph." - wimps like you would no thing that this happens only in cinema...

"... and to ecclesiastical discipline, misleading princes and people; having to the scorn of God permitted and allowed herself to be adored and venerated" - so much for that and the fact remains that the Saracen minions of the Camel Merchant Cult took Jerusalem in the 7th century from the (east) Roman Empire and even lifted the ban for the Jews to enter the city of Jerusalem; and their offspring reaped the harvest for this some decades ago.

Pay attention to what the offspring of the romans and the propagandist hebrew cult reap...
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: What is this nonsence about mercy? The Camel Merchant Cult and its minions have to be defied by the mortal fortune of the field, like Charles Martell did in 732 AD, and not medicates by mercy; Christianity may be the religion of European civilization for some time but Queen Isabella did not cleanse fair Spain from the Camel Merchant Cult and its minions by showing them Christian love! Though Christian religion is of course a stain of honour for (once) warlike Europe...

clearly it doesn't happen only in cinema, reality has offered us more than apocalypse now ever has. the Scheming Self-serving Propagandist Cult was given a state where there already was one, clearly good does not always triumph.
justforwatchingcraps 2 years ago
@justforwatchingcraps: I never heard about a cult, which was awarded with a state? So what are you talking about? If you referring to the Jews so they did conquer their second state by their own and claim that their ridiculous god, Jehovah (whose name must not be spoken under pain of death: Jehovah! Jehovah! Jehovah...), did give them their first state but as their religious books still show: Even then they had to conquer the country themselves and not host of angels did the dirty work for them.

OneMorePelican 1 year ago
@OneMorePelican: Well, I think the parallel is rather unfitting, not only by seize but by all circumstances; but we must define the terms before any further discussion: What do you mean when you say Palestine? The entire region or the currently occupied and autonomous territories usually called so in the media? As for the Saracens, when they speak of Palestine, they mean the whole country; and so do many Jews consider the whole area, especially the west bank of the Jordan as Israel...
GreatGrumbledook 1 year ago
