yes there's blacks in billings... a lot more within the last like 2 years. actually over half of my friends are black lol. everyone in high school always made fun of me for bein the only white boy in my group of friends

Portuguese (specifically, Brazilian Portuguese, as one can tell by particular sounds such as "morte" pronounced "morchi"). She is just commenting on how boring and dead the city of Billings is, even at 22:00 in the evening; and they are cold and hungry.
