i'm trying to teach myself the wonders of parkour, but the shoes i have are ridiculously slippery (Sambas Modern to be specific). what kind of shoes should i get so i fall on my ass at least a little less frequently? also, where and how should i start practicing? thanks y'all!

NYC and Lisse are the two locations i would love to train one day, NYC has potential to boast some of the worlds best tracuer's its basically the ultimate urban enviroment. Keep up the training, try to link your movements together more in a more seemless matter, flow more. Hope to see some more from you guys soon.

Why was this chick song used to represent Washington Heights? I'm trying to find a good Parkour video that represents NYC just right. I cant find one. Washington Heights has the biggest youth population in NYC, and the most police abuse. Just pick a grittier song next time. Nice work though. Rep NYC yo!
