I am a Christian who is Polish. My husband is 1/3 Jew. We are Born Again Christians. I have an uncle whose sister was in Aschweitz sorry if spelled wrong. I agree we need to let the healing happen what bothers me is those that dont say it ever happened. We need to love each other unconditionally and esteme each other better than ourselves. Shalom.

rabbi, i dont know what to tell you, I'm a german jew living in the US...
I can tell you that yes, we need to get over what did happen many many years ago and like the black community need to get over slavery!
My Grandfather was forced to serve in the Nazi Regime to protect my grandmother who was Jewish...!!! They overcome, i overcame and now I am married to a black man who is not a Jewish...BECAUSE WE OVERCAME !!!

Though I am sure that you will rationalize this away. In the end you are a celebrity for your own sake. You are not doing the Jewish people a bit of good. You would have done better by shutting your mouth and sitting in Kollel and praying. But then your wife would NOT have a fat pocket book now would she ;)

The Tanya states that Gentiles do not have souls but rather a NEFESH BEHAIMA, the soul of an ANIMAL which is surrounded with three impure layers. Where a Jew has a "NESHEMA ELOKEET" - a God-Soul and a layer of good "Clipa Noga" Shmuley You are lying through your teeth. You do not see non-Jews as your equals.
