One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: "Aren't you the Christ? Save yourself and us!"
But the other criminal rebuked him. "Don't you fear God," he said, "since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong."
Then he said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.
Jesus answered him, "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise."

know is how an orthodox christian temple is. A friend of mine came from France to visit me. I showed some thing in the city and told him "let's go for you to see an orthodox church". When we came into he looked at the walls with an open mouth and said "Ca c' est manifique!" he liked very very much the wall paintings, I explained to him that the paintings showed scenes from the Bible. He asked me many things about them, I told him that there is a special painting school for byzantine painting
Thanks God I'm an orthodox. I would like to say that many catholic Christians from countries like France, Italy, etc, don't know much about orthodox church. I someday wished "happy Easter" to an Italian friend of mine and he told me, "thanks but the catholic Easter differs in time from the Jewish Easter". I mean he believed that we orthodox Christians celebrate the Easter the same time with the Jewish Easter, maybe he confused us with the orthodox Jews. An other thing is that many Catholics dont
I don't know what you mean. The passage is Psalm 104, v. 4 in the Hebrew Bible. In Hebrew it is "oseh malakhayv ruHot, mesharetayv 'esh loheT". The word "mesharetayv" is translated "his ministers/attendants/servants". According to the rabbinal commentator The Radak it refers to "the blazing flashes of lightning that streak through the sky.
Who are these "ministers"? This is a psalm of David, if you know. The first text was writen in Jewish, and it said "Elohim".So, I wonder if Elohim are true...
Praise be to Lord!

I have read interpretations that this refers to the Seraphim.
