  • i have been back on the supplements for the past three weeks and im noticing a small difference now, i take:

    Muscle and weight gainer

    Creatine ethyl ester

    Tribulas

    and ZMA at night, seems to be working well

  • i advise you to run a mile a day if not more..... a 30 min jog would be good... give it 30 days.... its hard work but will pay off trust me.... ive done it.... and still do ur normal routine...

  • lol.... max out your workout... you are suppose to feel like a rock when you are done everytime.... if you dont you need to push it to the limits to gain more puscle and lose fat..... u still have alot to lose... quit using creatine... lose fat first then build ur muscle up

  • dude. creatine, buy it. load 30g of creatine for 5 days straight. do as much wieght as u can. trust me u will thank me. i gain 10lbs of muscle in a week and a half. go to any gnc store. its mostly likely the equavalent of steriod but safer and natural. this is why its not band in sports

  • Lol, I do have creatine, mines is from Prolab which I heard has creapure in it. It's not doing as much as I expected it to do. I might switch over to EAS Creatine with Phosphagen if this keeps up... but anyways, which brand do you use? And I load with 25g and then 5g thereafter because according to

  • up the protein and eat leaner foods, try putting a scoop of peanut butter in your WHEY just get gnc's whey it's got like 87servings for $40 thats like less then 50 cents a serving, get alot of carbs in after a workout and have a big glass of milk before bed(1%, or skim) milk protein is a protein that lasts a long time in the body so are egg whites(also a slow protein) u want a protein thats going to last the whole night so ur body dosen't dip into stored protein & eat those hard earned muscles

    they also have it in pills (GL3 750) but u get less with pills.

    GL3 glutamine is Micronized(smaller grain) This allows for ultra fast absorption. glutamine works best when cutting weight or if you workout alot the more times a week you workout the better it works and the more you need to take in a day & after lifting, if not taken with protein it won't work
