i advise you to run a mile a day if not more..... a 30 min jog would be good... give it 30 days.... its hard work but will pay off trust me.... ive done it.... and still do ur normal routine...

GL3 glutamine is Micronized(smaller grain) This allows for ultra fast absorption. glutamine works best when cutting weight or if you workout alot the more times a week you workout the better it works and the more you need to take in a day & after lifting, if not taken with protein it won't work

i have been back on the supplements for the past three weeks and im noticing a small difference now, i take:
