@forid321 SubhanAllah so true.. I've never been to Mecca.. I was planning a trip to Dubai in January but have decided to go to Umrah instead.. I am so excited and I can't wait to see the house of Allah (s.w.t).. just the thought of going there makes me super happy and I would imagine what it would actually feel like when I'm right in front of the Ka'ba.. SubhanAllah.. IngshAllah I will be able to go.

Videocams are not allowed to be brought in brother. Security will confiscate them. This is probably taken from a cell phone. You can take pictures and videos but please do it discreetly.

I went in late jan, early feb 2008.... right after they performed hajj... it was more like clean up for them... only locals were around... the security were really cool and calm... I got to do alot of things because it wasnt packed....
