Well, my insurance denied me for the surgery. so I'm having to pay out of pocket. When you pay out of pocket you don't have to do any physician supervised dieting. But every insurance company has a different set of hoops they make you jump through... i'd call your insurance company.
Hi, does your 6 months of supervised dieting have to be consecutive? I had two times where I did three months of supervised dieting each time. Do you think that would be ok? thanks
