Giclées on canvas should be varnished prior to stretching to AVOID scuffing. An unvarnished print is very likely to be damaged handling as much as stretching requires. A foam brush should not be used on a stretched canvas. Spray (1) or roll (2)
After the center of the sides are stapled, the corners should be next - pulled diagonally, so when the canvas relaxes (and it will over time,) they will not sag.
