this is one of my favorite tina songs, and she killed it. in my opinion it was an easy song as far as the blues/R&B genre goes but she did so much with it and deserves to be recognized. simon delivered an agreeable comment, too. you go girrrl. :)

except for adam not winning, melinda's elimination was the most unfair thing ever to happen on idol. (i don't really mean unfair, because obviously we have to go along with america's decision, but it shouldn't have happened). jordin and blake together aren't 1/10th as good as melinda.

And I think they did it so as not to upstage Jorden Sparks' victory, because Malinda was already on her way up. Jordan needed that season's recognition more than her.
That white boy held his own, and he was a nice guy about it. You're right though, I wanted to see these two square off for the finals night. But it would have seriously overshadowed her moment.
Buy her new CD "Coming Back To You"... I bought it yesterday. I listen to all kinds of music, but already, I can honestly say it is one of the best I have ever listened to. GREAT CD! Really good!!

She truly was robbed of the final. Even though Blake was one of my favorites, it should've been an all-girl fan b/c wow....probably biggest final in history of show!
