I don't know the Queen, surely, but sometimes I feel sorry for her-I hope that does not sound condesending. She probably wonders, what in the world happened? I believe she is steeped in tradition and has seen so much in her own family, the infidelity, divorces etc, that she likely never thought she would witness. I know some see her as cold but I believe that she is a true lady, wife, mother, grandmother...and the British world she grew up in has changed so very much and surely perplexes her.
