Well, first you have to download them, then go into Movie Maker and go to File>Import into Collections or press Ctrl+I and find your files:)

Oh, and when you're done, don't forget to go to File>Save Movie File, and not just save project:)

Ah, I see. Well, the best way to download shows is through a bittorrent, just search in Google or somewhere to find a Bittorrent host, then when you've downloaded that, you can search google again for torrents of the show you want, they're pretty easy to find, and you can get loads more then videos in torrents aswell.

I can't exactly show you, but basically you use a program like Windows Movie Maker (It comes free with Windows XP), import the videos and songs you want to use and put the song in the audio track and start cutting and placing your clips. Your best bet is probably searching for a tutorial on google or something...
