this movie is kind of an cliché of a horror movie. Expedition or researchers meets unnatural big and aggressive animals and get killed. Just look at Shark Attack 3 and Deep Blue Sea, same story with a slight different view. Entertaining, though

The plot of that movie is really silly. First of all there are No Anacondas in Borneo. There are Reticulated Pythons though (Which are even longer) and secondly why were they going to collect the orchid by themselves. Couldn't they ask some locals to collect it for them?
